মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু 'আলা আল হামদানী (রহঃ) ..... আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে এক মহিলা সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হয় যাকে একজন বিবাহ করে, অতঃপর সে তাকে ত্বলাক (তালাক) (তালাক) দেয়। এরপর সে মহিলা আরেকজনকে বিয়ে করে। কিন্তু সে তার সাথে সঙ্গমের আগেই তলাক (তালাক) দেয়। এমতাবস্থায় উক্ত মহিলা প্রথম স্বামীর জন্য হালাল হবে কি? তিনি বললেনঃ না, যে পর্যন্ত না সে ঐ স্ত্রীর স্বাদ গ্রহণ করে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩৯৪, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was asked about a woman whom a man married and then divorced her, and then she married (another) person, and she was divorced before sexual intercourse with her, whether it was lawful for her first husband (to marry her in this state). He (the Holy Prophet) said:No, until he has tasted her sweetness
তিনি বলেন, এক ব্যক্তি তার স্ত্রীকে তিন তলাক (তালাক) দেয়। অতঃপর অন্য একজন তাকে বিয়ে করে। এরপর সে তাকে সঙ্গমের আগেই ত্বলাক (তালাক) (তালাক) দিয়ে দেয়। পরে প্রথম স্বামী তাকে বিয়ে করতে চায়- এ সম্পর্কে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হলে, তিনি বললেনঃ না, তা হবে না যে পর্যন্ত না তারা একে অন্যের স্বাদ গ্রহণ করবে, যেভাবে প্রথম স্বামী তার স্বাদ গ্রহণ করেছিল। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩৯৬, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
A'Asha (Allah be pleased with her) reported:A person divorced his wife by three pronouncements; then another person married her and he also divorced her without having sexual intercourse with her. Then the first husband of her intended to remarry her. It was about such a case that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was asked, whereupon he said: No, until the second one has tasted her sweetness as the first one had tasted
আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ (রহঃ) ..... আয়িশাহ্ (রাযিঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, রিফা'আহ্ আল কুরাযী তার স্ত্রীকে তলাক (তালাক) দেয়। এরপর সে আবদুর রহমান ইবনু যুবায়রকে বিয়ে করে। অতঃপর সে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কাছে এসে বলল, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! রিফা'আহ তাকে পুরোপুরি তিন তলাক (তালাক) দিয়ে দেয়। এরপর ইউনুস বর্ণিত হাদীসের অনুরূপ। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩৯৩, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Rifa`a al Qurazi divorced his wife and afterwards `Abd al-Rahman b. al-Zubair married her. She came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said:Messenger of Allah, Rifa`a has divorced me by three pronouncements. (The rest of the hadith is the same)
