তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যখন তোমাদের কাউকে দাওয়াত দেয়া হয় সে যেন তাতে সাড়া দেয়। যদি সে সায়িম হয় তাহলে সে (ওখানে গিয়ে) দু'আ- সালাতরত থাকবে। আর যদি সায়িম না হয় তাহলে সে আহার করবে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩৮৫, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Haraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:If any one of you is invited, he should accept (the invitation). In case he is fasting, he should pray (in order to bless the inmates of the house), and if he is not fasting he should eat
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরায়রাহ্ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলতেন, সে ওয়ালীমার খাদ্য কতই না মন্দ যা খাওয়ার জন্য কেবল ধনীদের দাওয়াত দেয়া হয়, আর গরীবদের তা থেকে বঞ্চিত করা হয় বলে তারা তাতে যোগ দিতে পারে না। যে ব্যক্তি দা'ওয়াতে সাড়া দেয় না সে আল্লাহ তা'আলা ও তার রসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নাফরমানী করল। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩৮৬, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) used to say:The worst kind of food is the wedding feast to which the rich are invited and the poor are ignored. He who does not come to the feast, he in fact disobeys Allah and His Messenger (ﷺ)
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনুল মুসান্না ও মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু নুমায়র (রহিমাহুমাল্লাহ) ...... জাবির (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যখন তোমাদের কাউকে খাওয়ার জন্য দাওয়াত দেয়া হয়, তখন সে যেন দা'ওয়াতে সাড়া দেয়। অতঃপর ইচ্ছা করলে আহার করবে, না হয় না করবে। ইবনুল মুসান্না (রহঃ) তার বর্ণনায় ‘পানাহারের দিকে' কথাটি উল্লেখ করেননি। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩৮৩, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him) said:When any one of you is invited to a feast, he should accept it. He may eat if he likes, or he may abandon (eating) if he likes. Ibn Mathanni did not make mention of the word" feast
