যুহায়র ইবনু হারব (রহঃ) ..... ইবনু উমর (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ কোন ব্যক্তি যেন তার ভাইয়ের দর দামের উপর দরদাম না করে এবং তার বিবাহের প্রস্তাবের উপর প্রস্তাব না দেয়। তবে সে অনুমতি দিলে (তা জায়িয)। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩২১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as having said this:A person should not enter into a transaction when his brother (had already entered into but not finalised), and he should not make proposal of marriage upon the proposal already made by his brother, until he permits it
وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ وَلاَ يَخْطُبْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ بَعْضٍ " .
কুতায়বাহ ইবনু সাঈদ ও মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু রুমহ (রহিমাহুমাল্লাহ) ..... ইবনু উমার (রাযিঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ তোমাদের কেউ যেন অন্যের দামাদামীর উপর দর বাড়িয়ে না বলে এবং অন্যের বিবাহের প্রস্তাবের উপর প্রস্তাব না দেয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩২০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as having said this:None amongst you should outbid another in a transaction, nor should he make proposals of marriage upon the proposal made by someone else
তিনি বলেন, হারিসের কন্যা মায়মূনাহ্ (রাযিঃ) আমার কাছে বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ইহরাম মুক্ত অবস্থায় তাকে বিবাহ করেন। তিনি আরও বলেন, তিনি ছিলেন আমার খালা এবং ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ)-এরও খালা।* (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ৩৩১৯, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Yazid b. al-Asamm reported:Maimuna daughter of al-Harith narrated to me that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) married her and he was not in the state of Ihram. And she (Maimuna) was my mother's sister and that of Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them)
