তিনি বলেন, জাবির ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) যখন কা'বাহ ঘর প্রদক্ষিণ করছিলেন, আমি তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কি জুমুআর দিন সিয়াম (রোজা/রোযা) পালন করতে নিষেধ করেছেন? তিনি বললেন, কা'বাহ ঘরের প্রভুর শপথ! হ্যাঁ, তিনি নিষেধ করেছেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ২৫৪৮, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Muhammad b. 'Abbas b. Ja'far reported:I asked Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with both of them) as he was circumambulating the House (Ka'ba) whether the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) had forbidden the fasting on Friday, whereupon he said: Yes, by the Lord of this House
আবদ ইবনু হুমায়দ (রহঃ) ..... ইবরাহীম ইবনু ত্বহমান (রহঃ) থেকে এ সূত্রেও উপরের হাদীসের অনুরূপ বর্ণিত হয়েছে। তবে এ সূত্রে উল্লেখ আছে তারা উভয়ে ঘোষণা করলেন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ২৫৪৭, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Ibrahim b. Tahman with the same chain of transmitters but with this variation that he said:Both of them made the announcement
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ، بْنُ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ شَيْبَةَ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - رضى الله عنهما - بِمِثْلِهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .

Muhammad b. 'Abbas b. Ja'far reported that he asked Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them), whether he had heard like this from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শায়বাহ্ (রহঃ) ..... ইবনু কা'ব ইবনু মালিক (রাযিঃ) থেকে। বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে এবং আওস ইবনু হাদাসান (রাযিঃ) কে আইয়্যামে তাশরীকে একটি ঘোষণা দেয়ার জন্য পাঠালেন। অতঃপর তারা রসূলের বাণী ঘোষণা করে শুনিয়ে দিলেনঃ মু'মিন ব্যক্তি ছাড়া কেউই জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে না, আর মিনায় অবস্থানের দিনগুলো হচ্ছে পানাহার করার দিন। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ২৫৪৬, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Ibn Ka'b b. Malik reported on the authority of his father that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent him and Aus b. Hadathan during the days of Tashriq to make this announcement:None but the believer would be admitted into Paradise, and the days of Mina' are the days meant for eating and drinking
