Anas (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Take meal a little before dawn, for there is a blessing in taking meal at that time

Amr b. al-'As reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:The difference between our fasting and that of the people of the Book is eating shortly before dawn
নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ বিলালের আযান এবং এ শুভ্র রেখা যেন তোমাদেরকে ধোকায় না ফেলে যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত না সুবহে সাদিক সুস্পষ্টরূপে প্রতিভাত হয়। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ২৪১৪, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Samura b. Jundub addressed and narrated from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) having said (these words):Neither the call of Bilal should mislead you nor this whiteness (of false dawn) till (the true) dawn appears (or he said) till the dawn breaks
