আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শাইবাহ ও আবূ কুরায়ব (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) বলেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ মানুষ যখন সাজদার আয়াত তিলাওয়াত করে সাজদায় যায়, তখন শয়তান কাঁদতে কাঁদতে দূরে সরে পড়ে এবং বলতে থাকে হায়! আমার দুর্ভাগ্য! ইবনু কুরায়বের বর্ণনায় রয়েছে, হায়রে, আমার দুর্ভাগ্য! নবী আদম সাজদার জন্য আদিষ্ট হলো। তারপর সে সিজদা করলো এবং এর বিনিময়ে তার জন্য জান্নাত নির্ধারিত হলো। আর আমাকে সাজদার জন্য আদেশ করা হলো, কিন্তু আমি তা অস্বীকার করলাম, ফলে আমার জন্য জাহান্নাম নির্ধারিত হলো। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ১৪৭, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
