This hadith has been narrated through another chain of transmitters, but no mention has been made of:" If I find them, I would kill them as the Thamud were killed
এ সূত্রেও উপরের হাদীসের অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণিত হয়েছে। এ সূত্রে "আলকামাহ ইবনু উলাসার নাম উল্লেখ আছে, আমির ইবনু তুফায়লের নাম উল্লেখ নেই। এ বর্ণনায় "স্ফীত কপাল' উল্লেখ আছে এবং 'নাশিযু' শব্দের উল্লেখ নেই। এতে আরো আছে, উমর ইবনুল খাত্ত্বাব (রাযিঃ) তার সামনে দাঁড়িয়ে বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! আমি কি তার ঘাড়ে আঘাত হানব না? তিনি বললেন, না। তিনি আরো বললেন, অচিরেই এদের বংশ থেকে এমন একটি দলের আবির্ভাব হবে যারা সুমিষ্ট সুরে সহজে কুরআন পাঠ করবে। উমার (রাযিঃ) বলেন, আমার মনে হয় তিনি বলেছেন, আমি যদি তাদের সাক্ষাৎ পেতাম তাহলে সামূদ জাতির মতো হত্যা করতাম। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ২৩২১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
This hadith has been narrated through another chain of transmitters and (the narrator) made a mention of elevated forehead, but he made no mention of tucked-up loin cloth and made this addition:" There stood up 'Umar b. Khattab (Allah be pleased with him), and said: Should I not strike his neck? Upon this he said: No. Then he turned away, and Khalid the Sword of Allah stood up against him, and said: Prophet of Allah. shall I not strike off his neck? He said, No, and then said: A people would rise from his progeny who would recite the Book of Allah glibly and fluently. 'Umar said: I think he (the Holy Prophet) also said this: If I find them I would certainly kill them like Thamud
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনুল মুসান্না (রহঃ) ..... আবূ সালামাহ্ ও আতা ইবনু ইয়াসার (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তারা উভয়ে আবূ সাঈদ আল খুদরী (রাযিঃ) এর কাছে এসে জিজ্ঞেস করলেন, “আপনি কি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে হারুরিয়াহ (খারিজী জাতি) সম্পর্কে কোন মন্তব্য করতে শুনেছেন? তিনি বলেন, ‘হারুরিয়াহ কে তা আমি জানি না, তবে আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ “এ উম্মাতের মধ্যে এমন এক সম্প্রদায়ের আবির্ভাব হবে (কিন্তু তিনি তখনকার উম্মাতকে নির্দিষ্ট করে বলেননি) যাদের সালাতের তুলনায় তোমরা নিজেদের সালাত (সালাত/নামাজ/নামায)কে নিম্নমানের মনে করবে। তারা কুরআন পাঠ করবে, অথচ এ পাঠ তাদের কণ্ঠনালী অতিক্রম করবে না। তারা দীন থেকে এমনভাবে বেরিয়ে যাবে- তীর ছুড়লে যেভাবে বেরিয়ে যায়। অতঃপর শিকারী তার ধনুক, তীরের ফলা এবং এর পালকের দিকে লক্ষ্য করে। সে এর লক্ষ্য বস্তুর দিকে দৃষ্টি প্রসারিত করে চিন্তা করে তীরের কোন অংশ রক্তে রঞ্জিত হয়েছে কিনা (অর্থাৎ তাদের মধ্যে ইসলামের নামগন্ধ এবং সামান্যতম চিহ্নও থাকবে না)। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ২৩২৩, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Salama and 'Ata' b. Yasar came to Abu Sa'id al-Khudri and asked him about Haruriya, saying:Did you hear the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) making a mention of them? He (Abu Sai'd al-Khudri) said: I don't know who the Haruriya are, but I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: There would arise in this nation (and he did not say" out of them" ) a people and you would hold insignificant your prayers as compared with their prayers. And they would recite the Qur'an which would not go beyond their throats and would swerve through the religion (as blank) just as a (swift) arrow passes through the prey. The archer looks at his arrow, at its iron head and glances at its end (which he held) in the tip of his fingers to see whether it had any stain of blood
কুতায়বাহ ইবনু সাঈদ (রহঃ) ..... আবূ সাঈদ আল খুদরী (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, একবার আলী (রাযিঃ) ইয়ামান থেকে বাবুল গাছের ডাল দিয়ে রঙিন করা একটি চামড়ার থলিতে করে কিছু অপরিশোধিত স্বর্ণ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কাছে পাঠালেন। তিনি তা চার ব্যক্তির মধ্যে বণ্টন করলেন। তারা হলোঃ উয়াইনাহ ইবনু বাদর, আকরা ইবনু হাবিস, যায়দ আল খায়ল এবং চতুর্থ ব্যক্তি হয় আলকামাহ ইবনু উলাসাহ অথবা আমির ইবনু তুফায়ল। তার সাহাবীগণের মধ্যে এক ব্যক্তি বলল, তাদের তুলনায় আমরা এর হকদার ছিলাম। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, এ খবর নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কাছে পৌছলে তিনি বললেনঃ “আসমানের অধিবাসীদের কাছে আমি আমানাতদার বলে গণ্য অথচ তোমরা কি আমাকে আমানাতদার মনে করছ না? আমার কাছে সকাল-সন্ধ্যায় আসমানের খবর আসছে। অতঃপর গর্তে ঢোকা চোখ, ফোলা গাল বা স্ফীত গাল, উঁচু কপাল ঘন দাড়ি নেড়া মাথা বিশিষ্ট এক ব্যক্তি নিজের পরনের কাপড় সাপটে ধরে অপবাদের সুরে দাঁড়িয়ে বলল, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! আমি কি তার ঘাড়ে আঘাত হানব না, হত্যা করব না? তিনি বললেনঃ না, কারণ হয়তো সে সালাত (সালাত/নামাজ/নামায) আদায়কারী হতে পারে। খালিদ (রাযিঃ) বললেন, অনেক নামাযী আছে যে মুখে এমন কথা বলে যা তার অন্তরের বিপরীত। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ মানুষের অন্তর বা পেট চিরে দেখার জন্য আমাকে নির্দেশ দেয়া হয়নি। রাবী বলেন, অতঃপর তিনি বললেন, এর মূল থেকে এমন সব লোকের আবির্ভাব হবে যারা সহজেই আল্লাহর কিতাব (কুরআন) পড়তে পারবে, কিন্তু এ পাঠ তাদের কণ্ঠনালী অতিক্রম করবে না। তারা দীন থেকে এমনভাবে বেরিয়ে যাবে যেমন তীর শিকার ভেদ করে বেরিয়ে যায়। রাবী বলেন, আমার মনে হয়, তিনি বলেছেনঃ যদি আমি তাদেরকে পাই, তাহলে সামূদ জাতির ন্যায় তাদেরকে হত্যা করব। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন ২৩২০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Said al-Khudri reported:'Ali b. Abu Talib sent to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) from Yemen some gold alloyed with clay in a leather bag dyed in the leaves of Mimosa flava. He distributed it among four men. 'Uyaina b. Hisna, Aqra' b. Habis and Zaid al-Khail, and the fourth one was either Alqama b. 'Ulatha or 'Amir b. Tufail. A person from among his (Prophet's) Companions said: We had a better claim to this (wealth) than these (persons). This (remark) reached the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) upon which he said: Will you not trust me, whereas I am a trustee of Him Who is in the heaven? The news come to me from the heaven morning and evening. Then there stood up a person with deep sunken eyes, prominent cheek bones, and elevated forehead, thick beard, shaven head, tucked up loincloth, and he said: Messenger of Allah, fear Allah. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Woe to thee. Do I not deserve most to fear Allah amongst the people of the earth? That man then returned. Khalid b. Walid then said: Messenger of Allah, should I not strike his neck? Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) said: Perhaps he may be observing the prayer. Khalid said: How many observers of prayer are there who profess with their tongue what is not in their heart? Upon this the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: I have not been commanded to pierce through the hearts of people, nor to split their bellies (insides). He again looked at him and he was going back. Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) said: There would arise a people from the progeny of this (man) who would recite the Qur'an glibly, but it would not go beyond their throats; they would (hurriedly) pass through (the teachings of their) religion just as the arrow passes through the prey. I conceive that he (the Holy Prophet) also said this: If I find them I would certainly kill them as were killed the (people of) Thamud
