তিনি বলেন, যায়দ (রাযিঃ) আমাদের জানাযাহসমূহে চারটি তাকবীর উচ্চারণ করতেন। আর তিনি কোন জানাযায় পাঁচ তাকবীরও দিয়েছেন। আমি তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলে তিনি বললেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এরূপ (পাঁচবার) তাকবীর দিতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২০৮৪, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
It is narrated on the authority of 'Abd al-Rahman b. Abu Laila that Zaid used to recite four takbirs on our funerals and he recited five takbirs on one funeral. I asked him the reason (for this variation), to which he replied:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recited thus
আবূর রাবী' আয যাহরানী ও আবূ কামিল ফুযায়ল ইবনু হুসায়ন আল জাহদারী (রহঃ) [শব্দগুলো আবূ কামিল এর] ... আবূ হুরায়রাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
একটি কৃষ্ণাঙ্গ মহিলা অথবা যুবক মসজিদে নবাবীতে ঝাড়ু দিত। কিছুদিন তাকে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম না দেখে তার সম্বন্ধে জিজ্ঞেস করলেন। সাহাবীগণ বললেন, সে তো মারা গেছে। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ তোমরা আমাকে খবর দিলে না কেন? বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, খুব সম্ভব তারা বিষয়টিকে গুরুত্বহীন মনে করেছিলেন। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ আমাকে তার কবর দেখিয়ে দাও। তারা তাকে কবর দেখিয়ে দিলে তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) তার কবরের উপর সালাতুল জানাযাহ আদায় করলেন। অতঃপর তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) বললেনঃ এসব কবর অন্ধকারে পরিপূর্ণ হয়ে আছে। মহান আল্লাহ আমার সালাতের দরুন তা আলোকিত করে দিন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২০৮৩, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that a dark-complexioned woman (or a youth) used to sweep the mosque. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) missed her (or him) and inquired about her (or him). The people told him that she (or he) had died. He asked why they did not inform him, and it appears as if they had treated her (or him) or her (or his) affairs as of little account. He (the Holy Prophet) said:Lead me to her (or his) grave. They led him to that place and he said prayer over her (or him) and then remarked: Verily, these graves are full of darkness for their dwellers. Verily, the Mighty and Glorious Allah illuminates them for their occupants by reason of my prayer over them
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যখন তোমরা জানাযাহ নিয়ে যেতে দেখ তখন দাঁড়িয়ে যাও। যে পর্যন্ত তা তোমাদেরকে পশ্চাতে ফেলে না যায় অথবা তা মাটিতে রেখে দেয়া না হয় (ততক্ষণ দাঁড়িয়ে থাক)। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ২০৮৫, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
It is narrated on the authority of 'Amir Ibn Rabi'a (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:Whenever you see a funeral procession, stand up for that until it moves away or is lowered on the ground
