রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেছেন, যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর প্রতি ও আখিরাতের উপর বিশ্বাস রাখে সে যেন তার প্রতিবেশীকে কষ্ট না দেয় এবং যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর প্রতি ও আখিরাতের উপর ঈমান রাখে সে যেন তার মেহমানকে সম্মান করে। আর যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর প্রতি ও আখিরাতের উপর বিশ্বাস রাখে সে যেন ভালো কথা বলে নতুবা চুপ থাকে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ৮০, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
It is reported on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) observed:He who believes in Allah and the Last Day does not harm is neighbour, and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day shows hospitality to his guest and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day speaks good or remains silent
হারমালাহ ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরায়রাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেন, যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও আখিরাতের উপর ঈমান রাখে সে যেন ভালো কথা বলে, নতুবা চুপ থাকে। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর আখিরাতের উপর ঈমান রাখে সে যেন প্রতিবেশীকে সম্মান করে। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর আখিরাতের প্রতি ঈমান রাখে, সে যেন মেহমানদের সমাদর করে। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ৭৯, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
It is reported on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed:He who believes in Allah and the Last Day should either utter good words or better keep silence; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day should treat his neighbour with kindness and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day should show hospitality to his guest
وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ أَبِي حَصِينٍ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " فَلْيُحْسِنْ إِلَى جَارِهِ " .
ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরায়রাহ (রাযিঃ) বলেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ পরবর্তী অংশ রাবী আবূ হাসীনের অনুরূপ। তবে এতে রয়েছে "তার প্রতিবেশীর প্রতি যেন ভালো ব্যবহার করে।" (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ৮১, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
Another hadith similar to one narrated (above) by Abu Husain is also reported by Abu Huraira with the exception of these words:He (the Prophet) said: He should do good to the neighbour
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু আইয়ুব, কুতাইবাহ ইবনু সাঈদ ও আলী ইবনু হুজর (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরায়রাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তির অনিষ্ট থেকে তার প্রতিবেশী নিরাপদ না থাকে, সে জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে না। (ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ ৭৮, ইসলামিক সেন্টারঃ)
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessing be upon him) observed:He will not enter Paradise whose neighbour is not secure from his wrongful conduct
