আবূ বকর ইবনু আবূ শায়বাহ (রহঃ) ..... 'আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু শাক্বীক আল উকায়লী (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমি আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) কে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর রাত্রিকালীন সালাত সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করলে তিনি বললেনঃ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম রাতের বেলা দীর্ঘ সময় দাঁড়িয়ে এবং দীর্ঘ সময় বসে সালাত আদায় করতেন। যখন তিনি দাঁড়িয়ে কিরআত পড়তেন তখন দাঁড়িয়েই রুকূ করতেন এবং যখন বসে কিরআত পড়তেন তখন বসেই রুকূ’ করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৫৭২, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abdullah b. Shaqiq al-'Uqaili reported:I asked 'A'isha about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) during the night (i. e. Tahajjud prayer) She replied: He used to pray for a long time standing and for a long time sitting in the night, and when he recited the Qur'an while standing, he would bow himself from the standing position, and when he recited while sitting, he would bow from the sitting position
তিনি বলেন, আমি পারস্যে অবস্থানকালীন সময় অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েছিলাম। তখন আমি বসে বসে সালাত আদায় করতাম। পরে আমি আয়িশাহকে এ ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞেস করলে তিনি বললেনঃ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম রাতের বেলা দীর্ঘ সময় পর্যন্ত সালাত আদায় করতেন। এরপর তিনি উল্লেখিত হাদীসটি বর্ণনা করলেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৫৭১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abdullah b. Shaqiq reported:I fell ill in Persia and therefore, prayed in a sitting posture, and I asked 'A'isha about it and she said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed for a long time in the night sitting
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ، قَالَ سَأَلْنَا عَائِشَةَ عَنْ صَلاَةِ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُكْثِرُ الصَّلاَةَ قَائِمًا وَقَاعِدًا فَإِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلاَةَ قَائِمًا رَكَعَ قَائِمًا وَإِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلاَةَ قَاعِدًا رَكَعَ قَاعِدًا .
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... 'আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু শাকীক আল উকায়লী (রহঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, আমরা রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর (নাফল) সালাত সম্পর্কে আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) কে জিজ্ঞেস করলে তিনি বললেনঃ রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম অধিকাংশ সালাতই দাঁড়িয়ে এবং বসে আদায় করতেন। যখন তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) দাঁড়িয়ে সালাত শুরু করতেন তখন দাঁড়িয়েই রুকূ’ করতেন। আর যখন বসে সালাত শুরু করতেন তখন বসেই রুকূ’ করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৫৭৩, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)

She said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would observe prayer (Nafl) in a standing position as well as in a sitting position, and when he commenced the prayer in a standing position, he bowed in this very position, and when he commenced the prayer in a sitting position, he bowed in this very position
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ بُدَيْلٍ، وَأَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي لَيْلاً طَوِيلاً فَإِذَا صَلَّى قَائِمًا رَكَعَ قَائِمًا وَإِذَا صَلَّى قَاعِدًا رَكَعَ قَاعِدًا .
কুতায়বাহ ইবনু সাঈদ (রহঃ) ..... আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম রাতের বেলা দীর্ঘ সময় সালাত আদায় করতেন। যখন তিনি দাঁড়িয়ে সালাত আদায় করতেন তখন দাঁড়িয়েই রুকূ’ আদায় করতেন। আর যখন বসে সালাত আদায় করতেন তখন বসেই রুকূ’ করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৫৭০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
