তিনি বলেন, সূর্য পশ্চিম দিকে হেলে পড়ার পূর্বেই যদি তিনি সফরে রওয়ানা হতেন তাহলে আসরের সালাতের সময় পর্যন্ত দেরী করতেন এবং তারপর কোথাও থেমে যুহর ও আসরের সালাত একসাথে আদায় করতেন। কিন্তু রওয়ানা হওয়ার পূর্বেই যদি সূর্য ঢলে পড়ত তাহলে তিনি যুহরের সালাত আদায় করে তারপর যাত্রা করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৪৯৫, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Anas b. Malik reported:When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) set out on a journey before the sun declined (from the meridian), he delayed the noon prayer till the afternoon prayer, and then dismounted (his ride) and combined them (noon and afternoon prayers), but if the sun had declined before his setting out on a journey, he observed the noon prayer and then mounted (the ride)
তিনি বলেন, আমি দেখেছি সফরে কখনো রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে দ্রুত চলতে মাগরিব এবং ইশার সালাত দেরী করে একসাথে আদায় করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৪৯৪, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Salim b. 'Abdullah reported that his father had said:I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) delaying the sunset prayer till he would combine it with the 'Isha' when he hastened to set out on a journey
তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সফরে থাকাকালীন দু' ওয়াক্ত সালাত একসাথে আদায় করতে মনস্থ করলে যুহর সালাত আদায় করতে বিলম্ব করতেন। পরে আসরের ওয়াক্ত শুরু হলে তিনি যুহর ও ‘আসরের সালাত এক সাথে আদায় করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৪৯৬, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Anas reported:When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) intended to combine two prayers on a journey, he delayed the noon prayer till came the early time of the afternoon prayer, and then combined the two
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া, কুতায়বাহ ইবনু সাঈদ, আবূ বকর ইবনু আবূ শায়বাহ, আম্র আন নাকিদ (রহঃ) ..... সালিম ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ (রাযিঃ) এর মাধ্যমে তার পিতার নিকট থেকে বর্ণনা করেছেন। তিনি (আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু উমার) বলেছেনঃ আমি দেখেছি সফরে দ্রুত পথ চলার প্রয়োজন হলে রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মাগরিব এবং ইশার সালাত একসাথে আদায় করে নিতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৪৯৩, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
