তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যে সময় সালাত আদায় করতেন সূর্য তখনও আকাশের অনেক উপরে অবস্থান করত এবং তখনও তার তেজ বিদ্যমান থাকত। (অর্থাৎ- তেজ কমে বর্ণ পরিবর্তন হত না) সালাত শেষে যার দরকার পড়ত সে মাদীনার আওয়ালী বা শহরতলীর দিকে চলে যেত এবং সেখানে পৌছার পরেও সূর্য আকাশের বেশ উপরে থাকত(১)। তবে বর্ণনাকারী কুতায়বাহ তার বর্ণনায় "তারা ‘আওয়ালী বা শহরতলীর দিকে চলে যেত" কথাটা উল্লেখ করেননি। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১২৮২, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Anas b. Malik reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to pray the afternoon prayer when the sun was high and bright, then one would go off to al-'Awali and get there while the sun was still high. Ibn Qutaiba made no mention of" one would go off to al-'Awali
তিনি বলেন, প্রচণ্ড গরমের সময়ও আমরা রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাথে (যুহরের) সালাত আদায় করতাম। আমাদের কেউ যখন (গরমের প্রচণ্ডতার কারণে সাজদার সময়) কপাল মাটিতে স্থাপন করতে পারত না তখন সে কাপড় বিছিয়ে তার উপর সিজদা করত। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১২৮১, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Anas b. Malik reported:We used to say (the noonprayer) with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in the intense heat, but when someone amongst us found it hard to place his forehead on the ground, he spread his cloth and prostrated on it
وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، . أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ بِمِثْلِهِ سَوَاءً .
হারূন ইবনু সাঈদ আল লায়লী (রহঃ) ..... আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আসরের সালাত আদায় করতেন যখন ছায়া প্রতিটি বস্তুর সমান হত। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১২৮৩, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
This hadith that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to offer the afternoon prayer like the one narrated above has been transmitted by Anas b. Malik by another chain of transmitters
তিনি বলেন, আমরা এমন সময় আসরের সালাত আদায় করতাম যে সালাতের পর আমাদের মধ্যে থেকে কেউ চাইলে (মাদীনার শহরতলীর) কুবা নামক স্থানে যেয়ে পৌছত। অথচ সূর্য তখনও অনেক উপরে অবস্থান করত। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১২৮৪, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
