মুহাম্মাদ ইবনুল মুসান্না (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ সালাতের আযান শুরু হলে শাইতন পিঠ ফিরে বায়ু ছাড়তে ছাড়তে পালাতে থাকে এবং এত দূরে চলে যায় যে, আর আযান শুনতে পায় না। অতঃপর আযান শেষ হলে সে আবার ফিরে আসে। কিন্তু যে সময় তাকবীর দেয়া হয় তখন পুনরায় পিঠ ফিরে পালায়। কিন্তু তাকবীর শেষ হলে আবার ফিরে আসে এবং মানুষের (মুসল্লী) মনে সন্দেহ ও দ্বিধা-দ্বন্ধের সৃষ্টি করে বলে অমুক কথা এবং অমুক কথা স্মরণ কর যেসব কথা কখনো তার স্মরণ করার নয়। অবশেষে সে (মুসল্লী) কত রাক’আত আদায় করল তা স্মরণ করতে পারে না। এরূপ অবস্থায় তোমরা কেউ যখন স্মরণ করতে পারবে না কত রাকাআত আদায় করেছ তখন বসে বসেই সর্বশেষ দু'টি সিজদা করবে। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১১৪৭, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When there is a call to prayer the devil runs back breaking the wind so that he may not hear the call, and when the call is complete he comes back. And when the takbir is pronounced he again runs back, and when takbir is over he comes back and distracts a man saying: Remember such and such, remember such and such, referring to something the man did not have in his mind. with the result that he does not know how much he has prayed; so when any one of you is not sure how much he has prayed. he should perform two prostrations while sitting (qa'da)
আমর আন নাকিদ ও যুহায়র ইবনু হারব, কুতায়বাহ ইবনু সাঈদ ও মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু রুমূহ (রহঃ) ..... যুহরী (রহঃ) থেকে একই সানাদে অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণনা করেছেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১১৪৬, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)

হারমালাহ ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরায়রাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে সময় সালাতের তাকবীর বলা হয় সে সময় শাইত্বন বায়ু নিঃসরণ করতে করতে দৌড়ে পালায়। এতটুকু বর্ণনা করার পর তিনি পূর্ব বর্ণিত হাদীসের অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণনা করলেন। তবে এতে এতটুকু কথা অধিক বর্ণনা করলেন যে, সে (শাইত্বন) তাকে উৎসাহিত করে, আশান্বিত করে এবং যা সে কখনো স্মরণ করত না তা তাকে স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয়। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১১৪৮, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The devil takes to his heels breaking wind when the prayer begins. and the rest is the same but with this addition:" He (the devil) makes him think of pleasant things (or things productive of enjoyment) and of the things wished for, and reminds him of such needs which he had forgotten
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... আবূ হুরায়রাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা কেউ যখন সালাতে দাঁড়াও তখন শাইত্বন তার কাছে এসে তাকে সন্দেহ ও দ্বিধা-দ্বন্দ্বের মধ্যে ফেলে দেয়। এমনকি সে কয় রাকাআত সালাত আদায় করল তাও স্মরণ করতে পারে না। তোমরা কেউ এরূপ অবস্থা হতে দেখলে যেন বসে বসেই দু'টি (অতিরিক্ত) সিজদা করে নেয়। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১১৪৫, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
Abu Huraira reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When any one of you stands up to pray, the devil comes to him and confuses him to that he does not know how much he has prayed. If any one of you has such an experience he should perform two prostrations while sitting down (in qa'da)
