রেওয়ায়ত ২৫৬. মালিক (রহঃ) ইবন শিহাব (রহঃ)-এর নিকট জিজ্ঞাসা করিলেন, হজ্জের মধ্যে কোন কিছুর শর্ত আরোপ করা কিরূপ? তিনি বলিলেন, এমনও কেউ করে নাকি? এবং তিনি উক্ত বিষয়টির বিপক্ষে মতপ্রকাশ করিলেন। মালিক (রহঃ)-কে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হইয়াছিল- স্বীয় পশুর (খাদ্যের) নিমিত্ত হারম শরীফের ঘাস কাটা যাইতে পারে কি? তিনি বলিলেনঃ না।
Yahya related to me from Malik that he asked Ibn Shihab about making a condition in the hajj that one could leave ihram at any place where an obstacle befell one and he said, "Does anyone do that?' and disapproved of it. রেওয়ায়ত ২৫৫. মুহাম্মদ ইবন ইয়াহইয়া ইবন হাব্বান (রহঃ) বর্ণনা করেন, রবাযা নামক স্থানে আবূ যর (রাঃ)-এর নিকট দিয়া এক ব্যক্তি পথ অতিক্রম করিয়া যাইতেছিলেন। তাহাকে দেখিয়া তিনি বলিলেনঃ কোথায় যাইতেছ? তিনি বলিলেনঃ হজ্জের উদ্দেশ্যে যাত্রা করিয়াছি। তিনি বলিলেনঃ অন্য কোন উদ্দেশ্য তো নাই? তিনি বলিলেনঃ না। আবূ যর (রাঃ) বললেনঃ আচ্ছা যাও, তোমার কাজ তুমি কর। ঐ ব্যক্তি বলেনঃ আমি মক্কায় চলিয়া গেলাম। আল্লাহর যতদিন ইচ্ছা হইল আমি সেখানে রহিয়া গেলাম। একদিন দেখি এক ব্যক্তিকে কেন্দ্র করিয়া মানুষ খুবই ভিড় করিয়া আছে। ভিড়ের ভিতরে যাইয়া দেখি, রবাযায় যাহার সঙ্গে আমার সাক্ষাৎ হইয়াছিল [আবূ যর (রাঃ)] তিনি বসিয়া আছেন। তিনি আমাকে দেখিয়া চিনিয়া ফেলিলেন এবং বলিলেনঃ তুমি সেই ব্যক্তি না, যাহাকে আমি হাদীস বর্ণনা করিয়া শুনাইয়াছিলাম।
Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya ibn Said heard Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban mentioning that a certain man passed Abu Dharr at ar-Rabadha (which was about 30 miles from Madina) and Abu Dharr asked him, "Where are you heading to?" and he replied, "I am intending to do hajj." Abu Dharr questioned, "Has anything else brought you out?" and he said, "No," so Abu Dharr said "Resume what you are doing wholeheartedly." The man related, "I went on till I came to Makka and I stayed as long as Allah willed. Suddenly, one time, I was with a crowd of people thronging about a man and I pushed through the people to him and it was the old man that I had come across at ar- Rabadha. When he saw me, he recognized me and said, 'Ah, you have done what I told you
রেওয়ায়ত ২৫৮. উম্মুল মুমিনীন আয়েশা (রাঃ) বলেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি হজ্জে তামাত্তু করিবে আর তাহার সহিত যদি কুরবানীর পশু জোগাড় না থাকে তবে সে হজ্জের ইহরামের সময় হইতে আরাফাতের দিন পর্যন্ত রোযা রাখিবে। আর এই দিনগুলিতে যদি সে রোযা রাখিতে না পারে তবে মিনা-র দিনগুলিতে সে উহা আদায় করিয়া নিবে। আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ)-এর মতও উল্লিখিত বিষয়ে আয়েশা (রাঃ)-এর মতের অনুরূপ।
Malik said, concerning a woman who had never been on hajj, "If she doesn't have a mahram, or if she has, but he cannot come with her, she does not abandon Allah's making of the hajj obligatory for her. Let her go in a group of women." Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Urwa ibn az- Zubayr that A'isha umm al-muminin used to say, "Someone performing hajj at-tamattu who does not have a sacrificial animal fasts (three days) from the time he enters ihram for the hajj till the Day of Arafa, and if he does not fast then, he fasts the days of Mina." Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah that Abdullah ibn Umar used to say the same concerning that, as the words of A'isha, may Allah the Exalted be pleased with her
