حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ صَاحِبَ، هَدْىِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ بِمَا عَطِبَ مِنَ الْهَدْىِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " كُلُّ بَدَنَةٍ عَطِبَتْ مِنَ الْهَدْىِ فَانْحَرْهَا ثُمَّ أَلْقِ قِلاَدَتَهَا فِي دَمِهَا ثُمَّ خَلِّ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ النَّاسِ يَأْكُلُونَهَا " .
রেওয়ায়ত ১৫১. হিশাম ইবন উরওয়াহ্ (রহঃ) তাহার পিতা হইতে বর্ণনা করেন, যে ব্যক্তি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর হাদয়ী নিয়া যাইতেছিল সেই ব্যক্তি তাহাকে বলিলঃ পথে যদি হাদয়ীর কোন একটি মারা যাওয়ার উপক্রম হয় তবে কি করিব? তিনি বলিলেন, এমন হইতে দেখিলে ঐ পশুটিকে 'নাহর' করিয়া গলায় বাধা হারটি রক্ত মাখাইয়া রাখিয়া দিবে। ইহাতে লোকগণ ইহার গোশত খাইয়া নিতে পরিবে।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that the man who was in charge of the sacrificial animal of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Messenger of Allah, what should I do with a sacrificial animal that gets injured?" The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said to him, "Slaughter any sacrificial animal that is injured. Then throw the garlands in its blood, and then give the people a free hand in eating it
রেওয়ায়ত ১৫০. নাফি' (রহঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) বলিতেনঃ কুরবানীর উট পাঁচ বা ততোধিক বৎসর বয়সের হইতে হইবে। নাফি' (রহঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত- আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে উমর (রাঃ) তাহার কুরবানীর উটের কাপড়-চোপড় মিনা আরাফাতে না যাওয়া পর্যন্ত ছিড়িতেন না বা পরাইতেন না। হিশাম ইবন উরওয়াহ্ (রহঃ) তাহার পিতা হইতে বর্ণনা করেন, তিনি স্বীয় পুত্রগণকে বলিতেনঃ বৎসগণ আল্লাহর নামে তোমরা এমন উট কুরবানী দিও না একজন দোস্তকে যাহা দিতে লজ্জা কর। আল্লাহ্ তাআলা সবচাইতে সম্মানিত। সুতরাং সর্বোত্তম বস্তুই তাহার জন্য নির্বাচন করা উচিত।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa that his father used to say to his sons, "My sons, let none of you sacrifice any animal which he would be ashamed to sacrifice for a noble woman, for surely Allah is the noblest of noble ones, and the most deserving of those for whom things are chosen
রেওয়ায়ত ১৫২. সাঈদ ইবন মুসায়্যাব (রহঃ) বলেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি হাদয়ী নিয়া রওয়ানা হইয়াছে, সে যদি ইহাকে পথে মরিয়া যাইতে দেখে, তবে নাহর করিয়া রাখিয়া দিবে, যাহাতে লোকজন উহা খাইয়া নিতে পারে। ঐ ব্যক্তির কোন বদলা দিতে হইবে না। কিন্তু ইহার গোশত নিজে খাইলে বা অন্য কাহাকেও খাইতে বলিলে বদলা দিতে হইবে। মালিক (রহঃ) সাওর ইবন যায়দ দীলি (রহঃ) হইতে বর্ণনা করেনঃ আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ)-ও উপরিউক্ত মত ব্যক্ত করিয়াছেন।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that Said ibn al- Musayyab said, "If someone dedicates an animal voluntarily and then it is injured and he kills it and gives everyone a free hand in eating it, he owes nothing. If, however, he eats some of it himself, or tells certain other people to eat it, then he owes compensation
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar never used to tear the drapes of his sacrificial animals, and he would not drape them until he went from Mina to Arafa
