রেওয়ায়ত ৬. আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিয়াছেন, যখন কোন মুসলিম খাইতে বসে তখন ডান হাতে তাহার খাদ্য ও পানীয় গ্রহণ করা উচিত। কেননা শয়তান বাম হাতে খায় এবং পান করে।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Bakr ibn Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah ibn Umar from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "When you eat, eat with your right hand and drink with your right hand. Shaytan eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand
রেওয়ায়ত ৭. আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিয়াছেন, যে মানুষের দ্বারে দ্বারে ভিক্ষা করে সে মিসকীন নহে, যাহাকে এক লোকমা, দুই লোকমা একটি খেজুর বা দুইটি খেজুর দান করা হয়। সাহাবায়ে কিরাম জিজ্ঞাসা করিলেন, ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! তাহা হইলে মিসকীন কাহারা? তিনি বলিলেন, যাহার নিকট এই পরিমাণ মাল নাই যাহা সে নিজের প্রয়োজন মিটাইতে পারে আর তাহার অবস্থা কাহারও জানা নাই যে, তাহাকে সাদকা দেওয়া যাইতে পারে, আর না সে লোকের নিকট চাহিয়া বেড়ায়।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The very poor are not the people who constantly walk from person to person and are given one or two morsels, and one or two dates." They said, "Who are the very poor, Messenger of Allah?" He said, "People who do not find enough for themselves and other people are not aware of them to give sadaqa to them, and they do not start begging from other people
রেওয়ায়ত ৫. জাবির ইবন আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বাম হাতে খাইতে নিষেধ করিয়াছেন। তিনি এক জুতা পরিধান করিয়া চলিতে, এক কাপড়ে নিজেকে ঢাকিয়া লইতে যাহাতে লজ্জাস্থানে কোন কাপড় না থাকে নিষেধ করিয়াছেন।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zubayr from Jabir ibn Abdullah as-Salami that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade a man to eat with his left hand or walk in one sandal or wrap a single garment around his drawn-up legs exposing his genitals
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُجَيْدٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، ثُمَّ الْحَارِثِيِّ عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " رُدُّوا الْمِسْكِينَ وَلَوْ بِظِلْفٍ مُحْرَقٍ " .
রেওয়ায়ত ৮. যায়দ ইবন আসলাম (রহঃ) হইতে, তিনি ইবন বুজাইদ আনসারী আল হারেসী (রাঃ) হইতে এবং তিনি তাহার দাদা হইতে রেওয়ায়ত করেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ইরশাদ করিয়াছেন যে, মিসকীনদেরকে (যাহা কিছু সম্ভব হয়) দাও, যদিও পোড়া খুর হউক না কেন।
