وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَمْشِيَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي نَعْلٍ وَاحِدَةٍ لِيُنْعَلْهُمَا جَمِيعًا أَوْ لِيُحْفِهِمَا جَمِيعًا " .
রেওয়ায়ত ১৪. আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিয়াছেন, কোন মুসলিম যেন একটি জুতা পরিধান করিয়া না হাঁটে। হয় উভয় জুতা পরিধান করিবে না হয় উভয় জুতা খুলিয়া রাখিবে।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Do not wear one sandal. Wear both of them or go with both feet bare
রেওয়ায়ত ১৩. উম্মুল মু'মিনীন উম্মু সালমা (রাঃ) যখন নবী করীম সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট লুঙ্গি লটকানোর কথা জিজ্ঞাসা করিতে যাইয়া বলিলেন, ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ! নারীগণ কিরূপে কাপড় পরিধান করিবে? রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিলেন, তাহারা এক বিঘত নিচু রাখিয়া পরিবে। উম্মু সালমা বলিলেন, ইহাতে তো খুলিয়া যাইবে। তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিলেন, তবে এক হাত নিচু রাখিবে, ইহার অতিরিক্ত নহে।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu Bakr ibn Nafi from his father Nafi, the mawla of Ibn Umar that Safiyya bint Abi Ubayd informed him that Umm Salama, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said that when the lower garment of women was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah, he said, "She lets it down a handspan." Umm Salama said, "If it leaves her uncovered?" He said, "Then the length of a forearm and let her not increase it
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا انْتَعَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالْيَمِينِ وَإِذَا نَزَعَ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالشِّمَالِ وَلْتَكُنِ الْيُمْنَى أَوَّلَهُمَا تُنْعَلُ وَآخِرَهُمَا تُنْزَعُ " .
রেওয়ায়ত ১৫. আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিয়াছেনঃ যখন কোন মুসলিম জুতা পরিতে ইচ্ছা করে তখন যেন সে ডান পা প্রথমে পরিধান করে। আর যখন জুতা খোলে তখন যেন বাম পা হইতে খোলে। জুতা পরিধান করিতে ডান পা প্রথমে হইবে, আর জুতা খুলিতে ডান পা শেষে হইবে।

When you take them off, begin with the left foot. The right foot is the first to be put in the sandal and the last to be taken out
রেওয়ায়ত ১২. আবদুর রহমান ইবনে ইয়াকুব (রহঃ) বলিয়াছেন, আমি আবু সাঈদ খুদরী (রাঃ)-কে লুঙ্গির ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞাসা করিয়াছিলাম। তিনি বলিয়াছেন, আমার জানা আছে, আমি বলিতেছি। আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলিতে শুনিয়াছি, মুমিনের লুঙ্গি হাটুর নিম্ন পর্যন্ত থাকিবে, টাখনু পর্যন্ত পরিলে ঐ ব্যক্তির প্রতি কিয়ামতের দিন আল্লাহ তা’আলা রহমতের দৃষ্টি করিবেন না।
Yahya related to me from Malik from al Ala ibn Abd ar-Rahman that his father said, "I asked Abu Said al-Khudri about the lower garment. He said that he would inform me with knowledge and that he had heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'The lower garment of the mumin should reach to the middle of his calves. There is no harm in what is between that and the ankles. What is lower than that is in the Fire. What is lower than that is in the Fire. On the Day of Rising, Allah will not look at a person who trails his lower garment in arrogance
