حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ فَيْرُوزَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ مَاذَا يُتَّقَى مِنَ الضَّحَايَا فَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ وَقَالَ " أَرْبَعًا " . وَكَانَ الْبَرَاءُ يُشِيرُ بِيَدِهِ وَيَقُولُ يَدِي أَقْصَرُ مِنْ يَدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْعَرْجَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ ظَلْعُهَا وَالْعَوْرَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَوَرُهَا وَالْمَرِيضَةُ الْبَيِّنُ مَرَضُهَا وَالْعَجْفَاءُ الَّتِي لاَ تُنْقِي " .
রেওয়ায়ত ১. বারা ইবন আযিব (রাঃ) বর্ণনা করেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামকে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হইয়াছিল, কি ধরনের পশু কুরবানী করা উচিত নয়। রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তখন অঙ্গুলি দ্বারা গুণিয়া বলিলেনঃ চারি ধরনের পশু হইতে বিরত থাকা উচিত। বারা ইবন আযিব (রাঃ) রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলায়হি ওয়া সাল্লামের অনুকরণে অঙ্গুলি গুণিয়া এই হাদীস বর্ণনা করিতেন। বলিতেন, আমার হাত রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলায়হি ওয়া সাল্লামের হাত হইতে ছোট । *এমন খোড়া যাহা হাটিতে অক্ষম। *এমন কানা যাহা সকলেই ধরিতে পারে। * স্পষ্ট রোগা। *এমন কৃশ যাহার হাড্ডির মগজ পর্যন্ত শুকাইয়া গিয়াছে।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Amr ibn al-Harith from Ubayd ibn Fayruz from al-Bara ibn Azib that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked what animals should be avoided as sacrifices. He indicated with his hand and said, "Four." Al-Bara pointed with his hand and said, "My hand is shorter than the hand of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. A lame animal whose lameness is evident, a one-eyed animal which is clearly one-eyed, an animal which is clearly ill, and an emaciated animal with no fat on it
রেওয়ায়ত ২. নাফি' (রহঃ) বর্ণনা করেন, মুসান্না[1] নয় বা অঙ্গহীন এবং কম বয়সের পশুর কুরবানী করা হইতে আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) বিরত থাকিতেন।মালিক (রহঃ) বলেনঃ আমি যাহা শুনিয়াছি তন্মধ্যে এই বিষয়টি আমার অধিক প্রিয়।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar would guard against animals and camels which were young or had physical defects as sacrifices. Malik said, "That is what I like best of what I have heard
রেওয়ায়ত ৩. নাফি' (রহঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, একবার আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) মদীনায় কুরবানী করেন। আমাকে বলিলেনঃ শিংওয়ালা একটি ছাগল খরিদ করিয়া ঈদুল আযহার দিন ঈদগাহে নিয়া যবেহ কর। আমি তাহাই করিলাম। যবেহকৃত ছাগলটি তাহার নিকট পাঠাইয়া দেওয়া হইল। তিনি তখন তাহার মাথার চুল কাটিলেন। সেই সময় তিনি অসুস্থ ছিলেন। ঈদের জামাতে হাজির হইতে পারেন নাই। নাফি (রহঃ) বলেনঃ আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) বলিতেন কুরবানীদাতার উপর মাথা মুন্ডন ওয়াজিব নহে। তবে তিনি নিজে মাথা মুন্ডন করিয়াছেন।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that one time Abdullah ibn Umar wanted to sacrifice an animal at Madina. Nafi said, "He told me to buy him an excellent horned ram, then to sacrifice it on the Day of Sacrifice in the place where the people prayed." Nafi continued, "I did so and when the ram was sacrificed, it was carried to Abdullah ibn Umar who shaved his head. He was ill, and did not attend the Id with the people." Nafi added, "Abdullah ibn Umar used to say, 'Shaving the head is not obligatory for someone who sacrifices an animal.' Ibn Umar would do so however
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا بُرْدَةَ بْنَ نِيَارٍ، ذَبَحَ ضَحِيَّتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ، رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الأَضْحَى فَزَعَمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَعُودَ بِضَحِيَّةٍ أُخْرَى . قَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ لاَ أَجِدُ إِلاَّ جَذَعًا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . قَالَ " وَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ إِلاَّ جَذَعًا فَاذْبَحْ " .
রেওয়ায়ত ৪. বুশাইর ইবন ইয়াসার (রহঃ) বর্ণনা করেন, আবু বুরদা ইবন নিয়ার (রাঃ) রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলায়হি ওয়া সাল্লামের কুরবানী করিবার আগেই কুরবানী করিয়াছিলেন। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাহাকে পুনরায় কুরবানী করিতে নির্দেশ দেন। আবু বুরদা বলিলেন, আমার নিকট এক বৎসরের একটি বকরী ব্যতীত আর কিছুই নাই। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিলেনঃ এটিকেই কুরবানী দিয়া দাও ।
ahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Bushayr ibn Yasar that Abu Burda ibn Niyar sacrificed an animal before the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, sacrificed on the Day of Sacrifice. He asserted that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ordered him to sacrifice another animal, and he, Abu Burda, said, "What if I can only find an animal less than one year old, Messenger of Allah?" He had said, "If you can only find a young animal, then sacrifice it
