রেওয়ায়ত ৩. আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আবু হাবীব (রাঃ) বলেন, আমার বয়স তখন অল্প। এক ব্যক্তিকে বলিলাম “বায়তুল্লাহ পর্যন্ত হাঁটিয়া যাওয়ার নযর বা মানত করিলাম” কোন ব্যক্তি এই কথা না বলিয়া “বায়তুল্লাহ পর্যন্ত হাঁটিয়া যাওয়া আমার উপর ওয়াজিব” এরূপ বলিলে ইহাতে কোন দোষ নাই। ঐ ব্যক্তি আমাকে তখন বলিল, আমার হাতে এই শসাটি তুমি নিয়া যাও, আর এইটুকু বল দেখি, “বায়তুল্লাহ পর্যন্ত হাটিয়া যাওয়া আমার উপর ওয়াজিব।” আমি বলিলামঃ হ্যাঁ, বলিতেছি এবং ঐ কথা বলিয়া দিলাম। তখন আমি অল্প বয়স্ক ছিলাম। তাই প্রথমে কিছু চিন্তা করি নাই। কিন্তু পরে বুঝ হওয়ার পর চিন্তা হইল। অন্য লোকেরা বলিতে লাগিল, এখন তোমার উপর বায়তুল্লাহ পর্যন্ত হাঁটিয়া যাওয়া ওয়াজিব হইয়াছে। শেষে সাঈদ ইবন মুসায়্যাব (রহঃ)-কে আমি এই সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করিলাম। তিনিও আমাকে বলিলেনঃ হ্যাঁ, বায়তুল্লাহ পর্যন্ত তোমাকে হাঁটিয়া যাইতে হইবে। শেষ পর্যন্ত আমি বায়তুল্লাহ পর্যন্ত হাঁটিয়া যাইয়া এই নযর পুরা করিলাম । মালিক (রহঃ) বলেনঃ আমার মতেও হুকুম ইহাই।
Yahya related to me from Malik that Abdullah ibn Abi Habiba said, "I said to a man, when I was young, 'A man who only says that he must walk to the House of Allah and does not say that he has vowed to walk, does not have to walk.' A man said, 'Shall I give you this small cucumber?' and he had a small cucumber in his hand and you will say, 'I must walk to the house of Allah?' I said, 'Yes' and I said it, for at that time I was still immature. Then, when I came of age, some one said to me that I had to fulfill my vow. I went and asked Said ibn al- Musayyab about it, and he said to me, 'You must walk.' So I walked." Malik said, "That is the custom among us
রেওয়ায়ত ২. আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আবু বকর (রাঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, তাহার ফুফু বর্ণনা করিয়াছেন, তাহার দাদী মসজিদ-ই কোবায় হাঁটিয়া যাওয়ার মানত করিয়াছিলেন, কিন্তু ইহা পূরণ করার পূর্বেই তাহার ইন্তেকাল হইয়া যায়। তখন আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ) ঐ মানত আদায় করিয়া দেওয়ার জন্য তাহার কন্যাকে নির্দেশ দেন। মালিক (রহঃ) বলেনঃ কাহারো তরফ হইতে হাঁটিয়া যাওয়ার মানত পূরণ করা জরুরী নহে।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr that his paternal aunt related that her grandmother made a vow to walk to the Quba mosque. She died, and did not fulfill it, so Abdullah ibn Abbas asked her daughter to walk for her. Yahya said that he had heard Malik say, "No one walks for anyone else
রেওয়ায়ত ৪. উরওয়াহ ইবন উয়াইনী লাইসী (রাঃ) বর্ণনা করেন-আমার দাদী বায়তুল্লাহ পর্যন্ত হাটিয়া যাওয়ার মানত করিয়াছিলেন। তিনি যখন মানত পূরণ করিতে যাত্রা করেন আমিও তাহার সহিত চলিলাম। শেষে হাঁটিতে হাঁটিতে অত্যন্ত ক্লান্ত হইয়া পড়িলে তিনি স্বীয় গোলামকে আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ)-এর নিকট এই ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞাসা করিতে প্রেরণ করেন। আমিও তাহার সহিত গেলাম। আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) জবাবে বলিলেনঃ এখন সে কিছুতে আরোহণ করিয়া যাক। পরে যে স্থান হইতে আরোহণ করিয়াছিল সেই স্থান হইতে পুনরায় তাহাকে হাঁটিয়া যাইতে হইবে। মালিক (রহঃ) বলেনঃ ইহার সহিত এই ধরনের ব্যক্তিকে একটি কুরবানীও করিতে হইবে। মালিক (রহঃ) জ্ঞাত হইয়াছেন-সাঈদ ইবন মুসায়্যাব (রহঃ) এবং আবু সালমা ইবন আবদুর রহমানও এই বিষয়ে আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ)-এর মতো অভিমত ব্যক্ত করেন।
Yahya related to me from Malik that Urwa ibn Udhayna al-Laythi said, "I went out with my grandmother who had vowed to walk to the House of Allah. When we had gone part of the way, she could not go on. I sent one of her mawlas to question Abdullah ibn Umar and I went with him. He asked Abdullah ibn Umar, and Abdullah ibn Umar said to him, 'Take her and let her ride, and when she has the strength let her ride back, and start to walk from the place from which she was unable to go on.'~ Yahya said that he had heard Malik say, "I think that she must sacrifice an animal." Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Said ibn al-Musayyab and Abu Salama ibn Abd ar- Rahman said the same as Abdullah ibn Umar
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ سَعْدَ بْنَ عُبَادَةَ، اسْتَفْتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ إِنَّ أُمِّي مَاتَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا نَذْرٌ وَلَمْ تَقْضِهِ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اقْضِهِ عَنْهَا " .
রেওয়ায়ত ১. আবদুল্লাহ ইবন আব্বাস (রাঃ) বর্ণনা করেন-সাদ ইবন উবাদা (রাঃ) রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের নিকট জিজ্ঞাসা করিলেন, আমার মাতার ইন্তেকাল হইয়া গিয়াছে। তিনি একটা মানত করিয়াছিলেন, কিন্তু পূর্ণ করিয়া যাইতে পারেন নাই। এখন কি করা যায়? রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিলেনঃ তাহার তরফ হইতে তুমিই উহা আদায় করিয়া দাও।
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah ibn Utba ibn Masud from Abdullah ibn Abbas that Sad ibn Ubada questioned the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said,"My mother died while she still had a vow which she had not fulfilled." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Fulfill it for her
