। উসামা ইবনে যায়েদ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদিন রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাঁর সাহাবীদের বললেনঃ আছে না কি কেউ জান্নাতের জন্য কোমর বেঁধে কর্ম সম্পাদনকারী? কেননা জান্নাতের বিকল্প বা সমতুল্য কিছু নেই। কাবার প্রভুর শপথ! তার আলো ঝলমল করে বিচ্ছুরিত হয়। পুষ্পরাজি ঘ্রাণ ছড়ায়। সুরম্য অট্টালিকাসমূহ, বহমান স্রোতস্বিনী, সুমিষ্ট ফলের প্রাচুর্য, অলংকারে সজ্জিতা পরমা সুন্দরী স্ত্রী, চিরস্থায়ী বাসস্থান সবুজ শ্যামলিমায় নিয়ামতে ভরপুর, গগনচুম্বী নিরাপদ ও মনোরম বাড়িঘর। তারা বলেন, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমরা এ জান্নাতের জন্য কোমর বাঁধলাম। তিনি বলেনঃ তোমরা ‘‘ইনশাআল্লাহ’’ বলো। অতঃপর তিনি জিহাদ সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করেন এবং তাতে যোগদানে উৎসাহিত করেন।
Usamah bin Zaid said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said one day to his Companions: ‘Who will strive hard with sincerity for Paradise? For there is nothing like Paradise. By the Lord of the Ka’bah, it is sparkling light, sweet basil waving in the breeze, a lofty palace, a flowing river, abundant ripe fruit, a beautiful wife and many fine garments, in a palace of eternal abode, in ease and luxury, in beautiful, strongly-built, lofty houses.’ They said: ‘We will strive heard for it, O Messenger of Allah.’ He said: ‘Say: In sha’ Allah (if Allah wills).’ Then he mentioned Jihad and encouraged them to engage in it.”
। মুআয ইবনে জাবাল (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ জান্নাতের একশ তলা রয়েছে। এক তলা থেকে অপর তলার ব্যবধান আসমান-জমীনের মধ্যকার দূরত্বের সমান। নিশ্চয় এর শীর্ষ স্তরে রয়েছে ফিরদাওস এবং মধ্যবর্তী স্তরও ফিরদাওস। আল্লাহর আরশ ফিরদাওসের উপরে অবস্থিত। এখান থেকে জান্নাতের ঝরণাসমূহ প্রবাহিত। তোমরা যখন আল্লাহর কাছে চাইবে তখন তাঁর নিকট ফিরদাওস নামক জান্নাত প্রার্থনা করবে।
Mu’adh bin Jabal said:“I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: ‘Paradise has one hundred grades, each of which is as big as the distance between heaven and earth. The highest of them is Firdaws and the best of them is Firdaws. The Throne is above Firdaws and from it spring forth the rivers of Paradise. If you ask of Allah, ask Him for Firdaws.’”
। আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ জান্নাতে প্রবেশকারী সর্বপ্রথম দলের লোকেদের চেহারা হবে পূর্ণিমা রাতের পূর্ণ চাঁদের ন্যায় উজ্জ্বল। তাদের পরবর্তী দলের চেহারা হবে আকাশের উজ্জ্বল তারকারাজির মত। জান্নাতবাসীগণ পেশাব করবে না, পায়খানাও করবে না। তাদের নাকে শ্লেষ্মা হবে না এবং থুথুও ফেলবে না। তাদের চিরুনী হবে সোনার তৈরী। তাদের শরীর থেকে নির্গত ঘাম মিশকের ন্যায় সুগন্ধময় হবে। তাদের জন্য চন্দন কাঠ ও আগরবাতি জ্বালানো থাকবে। তাদের স্ত্রীগণ হবে আয়তলোচনা হূর। তাদের চরিত্র.. বৈশিষ্ট্য হবে একই ব্যক্তির ন্যায়। তারা তাদের পিতা আদম আলাইহিস সালামের অবয়বে ষাট হাত লম্ব হবে। ৭/৪৩৩৩(১)। আবূ বাকর ইবনে আবূ শাইবা (রাঃ) আবূ মুআবিয়া-আমাশ-আবূ সালেহ-আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত... উমারার সূত্রে ইবনে ফুদাইল (রাঃ) বর্ণিত হাদীসের অনুরূপ।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The first group to enter Paradise will enter with (faces) like the moon in the night when it is full. Then those who follow them will be shining with a light brighter than the brightest star in the sky. They will not urinate or defecate, or blow their noses or spit. Their combs will be of gold, their sweat will be musk, their braziers (receptacle for holding live coals for burning incense) will be pearls and their wives will be houris. Their form will be that of a single man, the form of their father Adam, sixty forearm’s length tall.’” Another chain reports the same
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ مَنْظُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَوْضِعُ سَوْطٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا " .
। সাহল ইবনে সাদ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ জান্নাতের এক চাবুক পরিমাণ জায়গা, পৃথিবী ও তার মধ্যকার সবকিছু থেকে উত্তম।
It was narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“A place the size of a whip in Paradise is better than this world and everything in it.”
