। আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসূলের নিরাপত্তা লাভকারী কোন যিম্মীকে হত্যা করবে সে জান্নাতের সুগন্ধও পাবে না। অথচ সত্তর বছরের দূরত্ব থেকেও অবশ্যই তার সুগন্ধ পাওয়া যাবে।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“Whoever kills a Mu'ahid who has the protection of Allah and the protection of his Messenger, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may be detected from a distance of Seventy years.”
। আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে ‘আমর (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি চুক্তিবদ্ধ অমুসলিম যিম্মীকে হত্যা করবে সে জান্নাতের ঘ্রাণও পাবে না। অথচ তার সুগন্ধ অবশ্যই চল্লিশ বছরের দূরত্ব থেকেও পাওয়া যাবে।
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever kills a Mu'ahid, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may be detected from a distance of forty years.”
। রিফা‘আ ইবনে শাদ্দাদ আল-কিতবানী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমর ইবনুল হামিক আল-খুযাঈ (রাঃ) -র নিকট আমি যে বাক্যটি শুনেছি তা না থাকলে আমি মুখতারের মাথা ও দেহের মাঝখান দিয়ে হাঁটাচলা করতাম (তাকে হত্যা করতাম)। আমি তাকে বলতে শুনেছি যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি কোন লোকের জানের নিরাপত্তা দেয়ার পর তাকে হত্যা করলো সে কিয়ামতের দিন বিশ্বাসঘাতকতার ঝান্ডা বয়ে বেড়াবে।
It was narrated that Rifa'ah bin Shaddad Al-Qitbani said:“Were it not for a word that I heard from 'Amr bin Hamiq Khuza'i, I would have separated the head of Al-Mukhtar from his body. I heard him saying: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'If a man trusts someone with his life then he kills him, he will carry a banner of treachery on the day of Resurrection.'”
। ‘আমর ইবনে শু‘আইব (রহঃ) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ সকল মুসলিম তাদের বিজাতীয় শত্রুর বিরুদ্ধে এক হাতস্বরূপ ঐক্যবদ্ধ। তাদের সকলের জান ও মাল সমান মর্যাদাসম্পন্ন। মুসলিম সমাজের একজন সাধারণ লোকও (তাদের পক্ষ থেকে) অন্যকে আশ্রয় দিতে পারে। মুসলিমদের দূরবর্তী ব্যক্তিও তাদের গনীমাতে শরীক হবে।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The hand of the Muslims is over others, and their blood and wealth is equal in value. The (asylum granted by) the lowest of them applies to the Muslims, and the Muslims return (the spoils of war) to the farthest of them.”
