। আমর ইবনুল আহ্ওয়াস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামকে বিদায় হজ্জের দিন বলতে শুনেছিঃ সাবধান! অপরাধী তার অপরাধের দ্বারা নিজেকেই দায়বদ্ধ করে। পিতার অপরাধে পুত্রকে এবং পুত্রের অপরাধে পিতাকে দায়বদ্ধ করা যাবে না।
It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Amr bin Ahwas that his father said:I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying during the Farewell pilgrimage: “No criminal commits a crime but he brings. (the punishment for that) upon himself. No father can bring punishment upon his son by his crime, and no son can bring punishment upon his father.”
। আনাস ইবনে মালেক (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। এক ইহূদী একটি বালিকাকে তার অলঙ্কারপত্রের লোভে হত্যা করে। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মুমূর্ষু বালিকাকে (একজনের নামোল্লেখ করে) জিজ্ঞেস করলেনঃ তোমাকে কি অমুকে আঘাত করেছে? সে তার মাথার ইশারায় বললো, না। তিনি আবার (অন্য একজনের নামোল্লেখ করে) তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলে সে তার মাথার ইশারায় বললো, না। তিনি তাকে (ইহূদীর নামোল্লেখ করে)। আবার জিজ্ঞেস করলে সে মাথার ইশারায় বললো, হ্যাঁ। অতঃপর রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম উক্ত ইহূদীর মাথা দু’টি পাথরের মাঝখানে রেখে পিষ্ট করে হত্যা করান।
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that :a Jew killed a girl for her jewelry. He asked her (as she was dying): “Did so-and-so kill you?” and she gestured with her head to say no. Then he asked her again, and she gestured with her head to say no. he asked her a third time and she gestured with her head to say yes. So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) killed him (by crushing his head) between two rocks
