। আবদুর রহমান ইবনে আওফ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামকে বলতে শুনেছিঃ ছিনতাইকারীর হাত কর্তন করা যাবে না।
It was narrated from Ibrahim bin Abdur-Rahman bin Awf that his father said:“I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'The hand of the pilferer is not to be cut off”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يُقْطَعُ الْخَائِنُ وَلاَ الْمُنْتَهِبُ وَلاَ الْمُخْتَلِسُ " .
। জাবির ইবনে আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ আত্মসাৎকারী, লুণ্ঠনকারী ও ছিনতাইকারীর হাত কর্তন করা হবে না।
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The hand of the one who betrays a trust, the robber and the pilferer is not to be cut off”
। রাফে' ইবনে খাদীজ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ফল ও মাথি (নারিকেল, খেজুর, তাল ইত্যাদি গাছের মাথার মূল কচি অংশ) চুরির অপরাধে হাত কাটা যাবে না।
It was narrated from Rafi bin Khadij that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees.”
। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। যুদ্ধলব্ধ মাল (গানীমাত) থেকে প্রাপ্ত একটি যুদ্ধবন্দী দাস যুদ্ধলব্ধ মালের রাষ্ট্রের প্রাপ্য অংশ থেকে চুরি করলে তাকে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট পেশ করা হলো। কিন্তু তিনি তার হাত কর্তনের নির্দেশ দেননি। তিনি বলেনঃ মহামহিম আল্লাহর সম্পদের একাংশ অপরাংশ চুরি করেছে।
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that :one of the slaves of Khumus stole something from the Khumus, and the matter was referred to the Prophet (ﷺ) but he did not cut off his hand, and he said ' The Property of Allah, (STW) part of it stealing another part.' ”
