। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি তার মুসলিম ভাইয়ের গোপন (অপরাধের) বিষয় গোপন রাখবে, আল্লাহ কিয়ামতের দিন তার গুপ্ত (অপরাধের) বিষয় গোপন রাখবেন। আর যে ব্যক্তি তার মুসলিম ভাইয়ের গোপন বিষয় ফাঁস করে দিবে, আল্লাহ তার গোপন বিষয় ফাঁস করে দিবেন, এমনকি এই কারণে তাকে তার ঘরে পর্যন্ত অপদস্থ করবেন।
It was narrated from Ibn `Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“Whoever conceals the (hidden) fault of his Muslim brother, Allah (SWT) will conceal his faults on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever exposes the fault of his Muslim brother, Allah will expose his faults, until (so that) He shames him, due to it, in his (own) house.”
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ادْفَعُوا الْحُدُودَ مَا وَجَدْتُمْ لَهُ مَدْفَعًا " .
। আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা হদ্দ প্রতিরোধ করবে, যাবত তা প্রতিরোধের কোন অজুহাত পাও।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Ward off the legal punishments as much as you can.”
। আয়েশা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। মাখযূম গোত্রের এক নারী চুরি করে ধরা পড়লে তার বিষয়টি কুরায়শদেরকে অত্যন্ত বিচলিত করে তোলে। তারা বলাবলি করলো, বিষয়টি নিয়ে কে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাথে কথা বলতে পারে? তারা বলাবলি করলো রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর প্রিয়পাত্র উসামা ইবনে যায়েদ ছাড়া আর কেউ এমন দুঃসাহস করতে পারবে না। অতঃপর উসামা (রাঃ) তাঁর সঙ্গে বিষয়টি নিয়ে আলাপ করলে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ তুমি কি আল্লাহ নির্ধারিত হদ্দের ব্যাপারে সুপারিশ করছো? অতঃপর তিনি দাঁড়িয়ে খুতবা দিলেন এবং বলেনঃ হে জনগণ! তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তীরা এ কারণে ধ্বংস হয়েছে যে, তাদের মধ্যকার কোন সম্ভ্রান্ত ব্যক্তি চুরি করলে তারা তাকে ছেড়ে দিতো এবং কোন দুর্বল অসহায় ব্যক্তি চুরি করলে তাকে শাস্তি দিতো। আল্লাহর শপথ! মুহাম্মাদের কন্যা ফাতেমাও যদি চুরি করতো, তাহলে অবশ্যই আমি তার হাতও কেটে দিতাম। রাবী মুহাম্মাদ ইবনুর রুম্হ (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি লাইছ ইবনে সাদকে বলতে শুনেছি, আল্লাহ তা‘আলা তাকে (হযরত ফাতিমাকে) চুরি করা থেকে হেফাজত করেছেন। প্রত্যেক মুসলিমেরই এরূপ বলা উচিত।
It was narrated from 'Aishah :that Quraish became concerned about the case of the Makhzumi woman who had stolen, and they said: “Who will speak to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) concerning her?” They said: “Who would dare to do that other than Usamah bin Zaid, the beloved of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)?” So Usamah spoke to him, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Are you interceding concerning one of the legal punishments of Allah (SWT)?“ Then he stood up and addressed (the people) and said: “O people! Those who came before you were only destroyed because when one of their nobles stole, they let him off, but when one of the weak people among them stole, they would carry out the punishment on him. By Allah, if Fatimah the daughter of Muhammad were to steal, I would cut off her hand.” (Sahih)(One of the narrators) Muhammad bin Rumh said: “I heard Laith bin Sa'd say: 'Allah(SWT) protected her (Fatimah) from stealing, and every Muslim should say this.'”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ سَتَرَ مُسْلِمًا سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ " .
। আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি কোন মুসলিমের দোষ গোপন রাখবে, আল্লাহ দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে তার দোষ গোপন রাখবেন।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever covers (the sin of) a Muslim, Allah will cover him (his sin) in this world and in the Hereafter.”
