। আবূ উমামা ইবনে সাহল ইবনে হুনাইফ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। উসমান ইবনে আফফান (রাঃ) (ছাদের) উপর থেকে বিদ্রোহীদের প্রতি তাকালেন। হত্যার ব্যাপারে আলোচনা করতে শুনে তিনি বললেনঃ তারা আমাকে হত্যার সংকল্প করছে। কেন তারা আমাকে হত্যা করবে? আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ তিনটি কারণের কোন একটি বিদ্যমান না থাকলে কোন মুসলিমকে হত্যা করা বৈধ নয়। বিবাহিত ব্যক্তি যেনা করলে, তাকে রজম (প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা) করা অথবা যে ব্যক্তি কাউকে অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করে অথবা যে ব্যক্তি ইসলাম গ্রহণের পর মুরতাদ হয়ে যায়। আল্লাহর শপথ! আমি জাহিলী যুগেও কখনো যেনা করিনি এবং ইসলামী যুগেও না, আমি কোন মুসলিমকে হত্যা করিনি এবং আমি ইসলাম গ্রহণ করার পর থেকে মুরতাদ হইনি।
It was narrated from Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunaif that:`Uthman bin 'Affan looked at them when they spoke of killing. He said: “Are they kill threatening to kill me? Why would they kill me? I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “It is not lawful to shed the blood of a Muslim except in one of three (cases): a man who commits adultery when he is a married person, then he should be stoned; a man who kills a soul not in retaliation for murder; and a man who apostatizes after becoming Muslim.' By Allah (SWT), I never committed adultery either during Ignorance days nor in Islam, and I have never killed a Muslim soul, and I have not apostatized since I became Muslim.”
। আব্দুল্লাহ ইবন মাসউদ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি সাক্ষ্য দেয় যে, ‘‘আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোন ইলাহ নাই এবং আমি আল্লাহর রাসূল’’ তার রক্তপাত বৈধ নয়। কিন্তু তিন শ্রেণীর লোক হত্যার যোগ্যঃ জানের (হত্যার) বদলে জান (হত্যা), বিবাহিত যেনাকারী এবং মুসলিম জামাআত থেকে পৃথক হয়ে দীন ত্যাগকারী।
It was narrated from 'Abdullah, who is Ibn Mas`ud, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“It is not lawful to shed the blood of a Muslim who bears witness that none has the right to be worshiped but Allah (SWT), and that I am the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), except in one of three cases: a soul for a soul; a married person who commits adultery, and one who leaves his religion and splits from the Jama`ah.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم (مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ فَاقْتُلُوهُ ).
। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে (মুসলিম) ব্যক্তি নিজের দীন পরিবর্তন করে, তাকে তোমরা হত্যা করো।
It was narrated from Ibn`Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever changes his religion, execute him.”
। বাহয ইবনে হাকীম (রাঃ) থেকে তার পিতা ও তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কোন ব্যক্তি ইসলাম গ্রহণ করার পর মুশরিক হয়ে শিরকে লিপ্ত হলে আল্লাহ তার কোন আমলই গ্রহণ করেন না, যতক্ষণ যাবত না সে মুশরিকদের থেকে পৃথক হয়ে মুসলিমদের মধ্যে প্রত্যাবর্তন করে।
It was narrated from Bahz bin Hakim, from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Allah (SWT) will not accept any good deed from a polytheist who committed polytheism after having become Muslim, until he leaves the polytheists and joins the Muslims.”
