। উবাদা ইবনুস সামিত (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নালা থেকে খেজুর বাগানে পানিসেচ সম্পর্কে ফয়সালা দেন যে, নিম্নভূমির আগে উচ্চভূমি পানিসেচে অগ্রাধিকার পাবে, যাবত না গোছা পর্যন্ত পানি জমে। তারপর পূর্বোক্ত নিয়মে সংলগ্ন নিচু ভূমির দিকে পানি ছেড়ে দিতে হবে। বাগানসমূহের বিলুপ্তি অথবা পানি নিঃশেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত এভাবে চলবে।
It was narrated from 'Ubadah bin Samit that :the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled concerning the irrigation of palm trees from streams, that the higher ground should be irrigated before the lower, and that the water should be allowed to reach the ankles, then released to flow the nearest lower ground, and so on, until all the fields were watered or until the water ran out
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، أَنْبَأَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى فِي سَيْلِ مَهْزُورٍ أَنْ يُمْسِكَ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ ثُمَّ يُرْسِلَ الْمَاءَ .
। ‘আমর ইবনে শু‘আইব (রহঃ) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মাহযূর উপত্যকার পানি প্রবাহ সম্পর্কে ফয়সালা দেন যে, পানি পায়ের গোছা পরিমাণ না জমা পর্যন্ত আটকে রাখা যাবে, অতঃপর (তার নিম্নের জমিতে) ছেড়ে দিতে হবে।
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu`aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that :the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled concerning the stream of Mahzur that the water should be retained until it reached the ankles, then released
। আমর ইবনে আওফ আল-মুযানী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ গবাদি পশুর পানি পান করানোর দিন প্রথমে ঘোড়াকে পানি পান করতে দিতে হবে।
It was narrated from Kathir bin 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'Awf Al-Muzani, from his father, that his grandfather said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Start with the horses on the day that you bring (the animals to drink).' ”
। ছা‘য়লাবা ইবনে আবূ মালেক (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মাহযূর নামক উপত্যকার পানি প্রবাহ সম্পর্কে ফয়সালা দেন যে, উঁচু ভূমি নিচু ভূমির উপর অগ্রাধিকার পাবে। উঁচু ভূমিতে পানি জমে তা পায়ের গোছা পর্যন্ত পৌঁছার পর তা নিচু ভূমির দিকে ছেড়ে দিতে হবে।
It was narrated that Tha'labah bin Abu Malik said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled concerning the stream of Mahzur that the higher ground took precedence over the lower, so the higher ground should be irrigated until the water reached the ankles, then it should be released to those who were lower
