। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বহু লোককে জমি কেরায়া দেয়া সম্পর্কে সমালোচনা করতে শুনে বলতেনঃ সুবহানাল্লাহ! রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তো বলেছেনঃ তোমাদের কেউ তার জমি তার অপর ভাইকে বিনা লাভে কেন চাষাবাদ করতে দেয় না? তিনি তা কেরায়া (বর্গা) দিতে নিষেধ করেননি।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that he heard that people were leasing out land more. He said:“Subhan-Allah, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Why does not one of you lend it to his brother?' But he did not forbid leasing it out.' ”
। আবূ সাঈদ আল-খুদরী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মুহাকালা নিষিদ্ধ করেছেন। মুহাকালা হলোঃ জমি কেরায়া (বর্গা) দেয়া।
It was narrated from Abu Sufyan, the freed slave of Ibn Abu Ahmad, that he told him that he heard Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri say:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade Muhaqlah.” (Sahih)Muhaqlah means leasing out land
। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমাদের কারো জমি তার ভাইকে বিনা লাভে চাষাবাদ করতে দেয়া, এই এই পরিমাণ নির্ধারিত কিছু গ্রহণ করে চাষাবাদ করতে দেয়ার চাইতে তার জন্য অধিক কল্যাণকর। ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) বলেন, এটাই হলো হাক্ল এবং আনসারদের ভাষায় তা হলো মুহাকালা (বর্গাচাষ)।
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“If one of you were to lend his brother his land, it would be better for him than taking such and such rent for it.”
। জাবের ইবনে আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের উদ্দেশে ভাষণ দিলেন এবং বললেনঃ যার জমি আছে সে যেন তা নিজে চাষাবাদ করে অথবা অন্যকে চাষাবাদ করতে ধার দেয়, কিন্তু যেন ইজারা (বর্গা) না দেয়।
It was narrated that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) addressed us and said: 'Whoever has land, let him cultivate it or allow someone else to cultivate it, and not rent it out.' ”
