। আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যদি কোন ব্যক্তি নিজ দখলে অপরের মাল অবিকল অবস্থায় রেখে মারা যায় এবং মালিক তার আংশিক মূল্য আদায় করে থাকুক বা না থাকুক, সে অন্যান্য পাওনাদারের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Any man who dies and has the property of another man, whether he paid something towards it or not, (the owner of those goods) is like any other creditor.”
। ইবনে খালদা আয-যুরাকী (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি ছিলেন মদীনার বিচারপতি। তিনি বলেন, আমরা আবূ হুরায়া (রাঃ) এর কাছে আমাদের এক দেউলিয়া সঙ্গীর ব্যাপারে জানতে আসলাম। তিনি বরেন, এ ধরনের লোক সম্পর্কে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এই মীমাংসা দিয়েছেন যে, কোন ব্যক্তি দেউলিয়া হলে অথবা মারা গেলে, ঋণদাতা তার মাল অবিকল তার নিকট বিদ্যমান পেলে সে-ই হবে তার অগ্রগণ্য প্রাপক।
It was narrated that Ibn Khaldah, who was a judge in Al-Madinah, said:We came to Abu Hurairah and asked him about a companion of ours who had become bankrupt. He said: “This is what the Prophet (ﷺ) ruled: 'Any man who dies or becomes bankrupt, the owner of the product has more right to it, if he finds the exact thing.”
। আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে মাসউদ (রাঃ) বলেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হলো, কোন ব্যক্তি উত্তম? তিনি বলেনঃ আমর ‘যুগ’, অতঃপর তার নিকটতর (পরবর্তী) যুগ, অতঃপর তার নিকটতর যুদ। অতঃপর এমন সব লোক আসবে যারা শপথের পূর্বে সাক্ষ্য দিবে এবং সাক্ষ্যের পূর্বে শপথ করবে।
Abdullah bin Mas'ud said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked, 'Which of the people are best?' He said: 'My generation, then those that follow them, then those that follow them. Then there will come people whose testimony precedes their oath and whose oath precedes their testimony.”
। আবূ হুরায়রাই (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ কোন ব্যক্তি অপর ব্যক্তির নিকট বাকিতে তার পণ্য বিক্রয় করার পর ক্রেতা দেউলিয়া হয়ে গেলে এবং তার পণ্য অবিকল অবস্থায় তার নিকট বিদ্যামন থাকলে সে-ই তা ফেরত পাবে। আর তার পণ্যের কিছু মূল্য আদায় করে থাকলে সে অন্যান্য পাওনারের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে।
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“Any man who sells a product with the man who has become bankrupt, and he has not taken any of its price, it belongs to him, but if he had taken any of its price, then he is like any other creditor.”
