। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, ফাতেমাহ বিনতে কায়েস (রাঃ) বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! আমার আশঙ্কা হয় যে, কেউ হয়তো আমার ঘরে জোরপূর্বক ঢুকে আমার ক্ষতি করবে। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে অন্য স্থানে চলে যাওয়ার অনুমতি দেন।
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:“Fatimah bint Qais said: 'O Messenger of Allah, (ﷺ) I am afraid that someone may enter upon me by force.' So he told her to move
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى مَرْوَانَ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ طُلِّقَتْ فَمَرَرْتُ عَلَيْهَا وَهِيَ تَنْتَقِلُ فَقَالَتْ أَمَرَتْنَا فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ وَأَخْبَرَتْنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَنْتَقِلَ . فَقَالَ مَرْوَانُ هِيَ أَمَرَتْهُمْ بِذَلِكَ . قَالَ عُرْوَةُ فَقُلْتُ أَمَا وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ عَابَتْ ذَلِكَ عَائِشَةُ وَقَالَتْ إِنَّ فَاطِمَةَ كَانَتْ فِي مَسْكَنٍ وَحْشٍ فَخِيفَ عَلَيْهَا فَلِذَلِكَ أَرْخَصَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .
। উরওয়া (রহ.) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি মারওয়ানের নিকট প্রবেশ করে তাকে বললাম, আপনার পরিবারের এক মহিলাকে তালাক দেয়া হয়েছে। আমি তার ওখান দিয়ে যাওয়ার সময় দেখলাম যে, সে বাড়ি ছেড়ে যাচ্ছে। সে বললো, ফাতেমাহ বিনতে কায়েস (রাঃ) আমাদের এরূপ নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন এবং তিনি আমাদের বলেছেন যে, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে (ইদ্দত পালনকালে) স্থানান্তরের অনুমতি দিয়েছেন। মারওয়ান বলেন, ফাতেমাহ বিনতে কায়েস (রাঃ) তাদের এরূপ নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন। উরওয়া (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি বললাম, আল্লাহর শপথ! ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) তা আপত্তিকর বলেছেন। ‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) বলেন, ফাতেমাহ হিংস্র পশুর উৎপাতের এলাকায় বাস করতেন বলে তার জানমালের ক্ষতির আশঙ্কা ছিল। আর এ কারণেই রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তার বেলায় এরূপ অনুমতি দিয়েছিলেন।
It was narrated from Hisham bin 'Urwah that his father said:"I entered upon Marwan and said to him: 'A women from your family has been divorced. I passed by her and she was moving. She said: 'Fatimah bint Qais told us to do that, and she told us that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) told her to move.' Marwan said: 'She told them to do that."' 'Urwah said: "l said: 'By Allah, 'Aishah did not like that, and said: 'Fatimah was living in a deserted house and it was feared for her (safety and well being), so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) granted a concession to her
। জাবির ইবনু ‘আবদুল্লাহ্ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমার খালা তালাকপ্রাপ্তা হওয়ার পর তিনি তার খেজুর বাগানে গিয়ে ফল কাটতে চেয়েছিলেন। এক ব্যক্তি তাকে এই উদ্দেশে বের হতে কঠোরভাবে নিষেধ করে। তিনি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট আসলে তিনি বলেনঃ হ্যাঁ, তুমি তোমার বাগানের খেজুর সংগ্রহ করো। হয়তো তুমি দান-খয়রাত করবে অথবা অন্য কোন সৎকাজ করবে।
It was narrated that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said:"My maternal aunt was divorced, and she wanted to collect the harvest from her date-palm trees. A man rebuked her for going out to the trees. She went to the Prophet (ﷺ), who said: 'No, go and collect the harvest from your trees, for perhaps you will give some in charity or do a good deed with it
। ফুরাইআ বিনতে মালিক (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমার স্বামী তার (পলাতক) গোলামের খোঁজে রওয়ানা হয়ে কাদূম নামক স্থানে তাদের ধরে ফেলেন। তারা আমার স্বামীকে হত্যা করে। যখন আমার স্বামীর মৃত্যুসংবাদ আসে, তখন আমি আমার পরিবার-পরিজন থেকে অনেক দূরে আনসারদের বসতিতে অবস্থান করছিলাম। আমি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর নিকট এসে বললাম, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! যখন আমার স্বামীর মৃত্যুর সংবাদ এলো তখন আমি আমার পরিজন ও ভাইদের বাড়ি থেকে দূরে বসবাস করছিলাম। তিনি আমার ভরণপোষণের জন্য কোন মাল রেখে যাননি এবং তার এমন কোন মালও নেই, আমি যার ওয়ারিস হতে পারি, এমনকি তার মালিকানাভুক্ত কোন ঘরও নাই। আপনি আমাকে অনুমতি দিলে আমি আমার পরিবার ও ভাইদের বাড়িতে গিয়ে উঠতে পারি। আর এটা আমার জন্য অধিক প্রিয় এবং বিভিন্ন দিক দিয়ে সুবিধাজনকও। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ তুমি চাইলে তা করতে পারো। মহিলাটি বলেন, আমি রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর মুখে আমার জন্য আল্লাহর এই ফায়সালা শুনে খুশি মনে ফিরে যেতে লাগলাম। আমি মসজিদে অথবা তাঁর কোন এক হুজরার নিকটে পৌঁছতেই, তিনি আমাকে ডেকে বলেন, তুমি জানি কী বলেছিলে? মহিলাটি বললো, আমি পুনরায় তাকে আমার বিবরণ শুনালাম। তিনি বলেনঃ তুমি ঐ ঘরেই অবস্থান করো, যেখানে তোমার স্বামীর মৃত্যু সংবাদ পেয়েছো, যতক্ষণ না তোমার ইদ্দাত পূর্ণ হয়। ফুরাইআ (রাঃ) বলেন, এরপর আমি সেখানেই চার মাস দশ দিন ইদ্দাত পালন করলাম।
It was narrated from Zainab bint Ka'b bin 'Ujrah, who was married to Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri,:that his sister Furai'ah bint Malik said: "My husband went out to pursue some slaves of his. He caught up with them at the edge of Qadumttl and they killed him. News of his death reached me when I was in one of the houses of the Ansar, far away from the house of my family and my brothers. I went to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), there has come to me news of my husband's death and I am in a house far away from the house of my people and the house of my brothers. He did not leave any money that could be spent on me, or any inheritance, or any house I may take possession of. If you think that you could give me permission to join my family and my brothers, then that is what I prefer and is better for me in some ways.' He said: 'Do that if you wish.' Then I went out, feeling happy with the ruling of Allah given upon the lips of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), until, when I was in the mosque, or, in one of the apartments, he called me and said: 'What did you say?' I told him the story, and he said: 'Stay in the house in which the news of your husband's death came to you, until your waiting period is ever."' She said: "So I observed the waiting period there for four months and ten (days)
