وَعَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تُقَامُ اَلْحُدُودُ فِي اَلْمَسَاجِدِ , وَلَا يُسْتَقَادُ فِيهَا } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ بِسَنَدٍ ضَعِيف ٍ 11 - حسن . رواه أحمد (3/434) ، وأبو داود (4490) ، وإذا كان الحافظ ضعفه هنا ، فقد قال في "التلخيص" (4/78) : "لا بأس بإسناده" .
Narrated Narrated Hakim bin Hizam (RA):
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Neither the prescribed punishment nor retaliations should be executed inside the mosque."
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا- قَالَتْ : { أُصِيبَ سَعْدٌ يَوْمَ اَلْخَنْدَقِ , فَضَرَبَ عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -خَيْمَةً فِي اَلْمَسْجِدِ , لِيَعُودَهُ مِنْ قَرِيبٍ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ . 11 - صحيح . رواه البخاري (463) ، ومسلم (1769) .
Narrated Narrated 'Aishah (RA):
On the day of al-Khandaq (battle of the Trench), Sa'd was injured and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) pitched a tent for him in the mosque to visit him from a close distance.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ سَمِعَ رَجُلاً يَنْشُدُ ضَالَّةً فِي اَلْمَسْجِدِ فَلْيَقُلْ : لَا رَدَّهَا اَللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ , فَإِنَّ اَلْمَسَاجِدَ لَمْ تُبْنَ لِهَذَا } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 11 - صحيح . رواه مسلم (568) .
Narrated Narrated:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Whoever hears a man crying out in the mosque about something he has lost, he should say, 'May Allah not restore it to you', for the mosques were not built for this."
