নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কুরবানীর দিন খুতবা দিচ্ছিলেন। তখন এক ব্যক্তি উঠে দাঁড়িয়ে নিবেদন করল, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমি ধারণা করলাম যে, অমুক অমুক রুকনের পূর্বে অমুক অমুক রুকন হবে। এরপর আরেক জন উঠে দাঁড়াল এবং বলল, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! অমুক অমুক আমলের পূর্বে অমুক ‘আমল হবে, (অর্থাৎ তারা যবহ্, হলক্ ও তাওয়াফ) এ তিনটি কাজ সম্পর্কে জানতে চাইল। তখন নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ করতে পার, কোন দোষ নেই। ঐ দিন যে সম্পর্কে তিনি জিজ্ঞেসিত হলেন, বললেনঃ করতে পার, কোন দোষ নেই। [৮৩] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৬২০০, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr bin Al-As:
While the Prophet (ﷺ) was delivering a sermon on the Day of Nahr (i.e., 10th Dhul-Hijja-Day of slaughtering the sacrifice), a man got up saying, "I thought, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), such-and-such a thing was to be done before such-and-such a thing." Another man got up, saying, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! As regards these three (acts of Hajj), thought so-and-so." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do, and there is no harm," concerning all those matters on that day. And so, on that day, whatever question he was asked, he said, "Do it, do it, and there is no harm therein
وَقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: (وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَخْطَأْتُمْ بِهِ). وَقَالَ: (لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِمَا نَسِيتُ). এবং আল্লাহর বাণীঃ এ ব্যাপারে তোমাদের ত্রুটি-বিচ্যুতি হলে তোমাদের কোন গুনাহ্ নেই - (সূরাহ আহযাব ৩৩/৫); এবং আল্লাহর বাণীঃ আমার ভুলের জন্য আমাকে পাকড়াও করবেন না- (সূরাহ আহকাফ ১৮/৭৩)। ৬৬৬৪. আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত। আর আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) অন্যত্র হাদীস মারফূ‘ হিসাবে বর্ণনা করেছেন। তিনি বলেছেন, তিনি (নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) বলেনঃ নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ্ আমার উম্মাতের ঐ সকল ওয়াস্ওয়াসা ক্ষমা করে দিয়েছেন যা তাদের মনে উদিত হয় বা যে সব কথা মনে মনে বলে থাকে; যতক্ষণ না তা বাস্তবে করে বা সে সম্পর্কে কথা বলে। [২৫২৮] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৬১৯৯, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah forgives my followers those (evil deeds) their souls may whisper or suggest to them as long as they do not act (on it) or speak
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم زُرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ. قَالَ " لاَ حَرَجَ ". قَالَ آخَرُ حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ. قَالَ " لاَ حَرَجَ ". قَالَ آخَرُ ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ. قَالَ " لاَ حَرَجَ ".
ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, এক ব্যক্তি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর কাছে বলল যে, আমি পাথর নিক্ষেপের আগে যিয়ারাত করেছি। তিনি বললেনঃ কোন দোষ নেই। আরেক ব্যক্তি বলল, আমি তো যব্হ্ করার আগে মাথা মুন্ডন করেছি। তিনি বললেনঃ কোন দোষ নেই। আরেক জন বলল, আমি পাথর নিক্ষেপের আগে যব্হ্ করেছি। তিনি বললেনঃ কোন দোষ নেই। [৮৪] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৬২০১, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
A man said to the Prophet (while he was delivering a sermon on the Day of Nahr), "I have performed the Tawaf round the Ka`ba before the Rami (throwing pebbles) at the Jamra." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "There is no harm (therein)." Another man said, "I had my head shaved before slaughtering (the sacrifice)." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "There is no harm." A third said, "I have slaughtered (the sacrifice) before the Rami (throwing pebbles) at the Jamra." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "There is no harm
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها {لاَ يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ} قَالَ قَالَتْ أُنْزِلَتْ فِي قَوْلِهِ لاَ، وَاللَّهِ بَلَى وَاللَّهِ.
‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, (لاَ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ اللهُ) আয়াতটি- لاَ وَاللهِ (না, আল্লাহর শপথ) এবং بَلَى وَاللهِ (হ্যাঁ, আল্লাহর শপথ) এ জাতীয় কথা বলা সম্পর্কে অবতীর্ণ হয়। [৪৬১৩] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৬১৯৮, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated `Aisha:
regarding: 'Allah will not call you to account for that which is unintentional in your oaths...' (2.225) This Verse was revealed concerning such oath formulas as: 'No, by Allah!' and 'Yes, by Allah!' something against his oath due to forgetfulness should he make expiation?). And the Statement of Allah: 'And there is no blame on you if you make a mistake therein.' (33.5) And Allah said:-- '(Moses said to Khadir): Call me not to account for what I forgot
