তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে একবার জিজ্ঞেস করা হল, কোন্ মানুষ সর্বোত্তম? তিনি বললেনঃ আমার সময়ের মানুষ। এরপর তাদের পরবর্তী লোকেরা, এরপর তাদের পরবর্তী লোকেরা। এরপরে এমন লোক আসবে যে তাদের সাক্ষ্য কসমের উপর অগ্রগামী হবে, আর কসম সাক্ষ্যের উপর অগ্রগামী হবে। রাবী ইবরাহীম বলেন যে, আমরা যখন বালক ছিলাম তখন আমাদের সঙ্গীরা সাক্ষ্য এবং অঙ্গীকারের সঙ্গে কসম করতে নিষেধ করতেন। [২৬৫২] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৬১৯৪, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated `Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) was asked, "Who are the best people?" He replied: The people of my generation, and then those who will follow (come after) them, and then those who will come after the later; after that there will come some people whose witness will precede their oaths and their oaths will go ahead of their witness." Ibrahim (a sub-narrator) said, "When we were young, our elder friends used to prohibit us from taking oaths by saying, 'I bear witness swearing by Allah, or by Allah's Covenant

Narrated Haritha bin Wahb:
I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "Shall I tell you of the people of Paradise? They comprise every poor humble person, and if he swears by Allah to do something, Allah will fulfill it; while the people of the fire comprise every violent, cruel arrogant person
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَمُوتُ لأَحَدٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ثَلاَثَةٌ مِنَ الْوَلَدِ، تَمَسُّهُ النَّارُ، إِلاَّ تَحِلَّةَ الْقَسَمِ ".
আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে মুসলিমের তিনটি সন্তান মারা গেছে (সে যদি ধৈর্য ধরে) তাকে জাহান্নামের আগুন স্পর্শ করবে না। তবে কসম পূর্ণ করার জন্য (তাকে পুলসিরাতের উপর দিয়ে নেয়া হবে)। [১২৫১] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৬১৯২, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Any Muslim who has lost three of his children will not be touched by the Fire except that which will render Allah's oath fulfilled

Narrated `Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever swears falsely in order to grab the property of a Muslim (or of his brother), Allah will be angry with him when he meets Him."
