حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِلاَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ لَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَاحِشًا وَلاَ لَعَّانًا وَلاَ سَبَّابًا، كَانَ يَقُولُ عِنْدَ الْمَعْتَبَةِ " مَا لَهُ، تَرِبَ جَبِينُهُ ".
আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম অশালীন, লা‘নতকারী ও গালিদাতা ছিলেন না। তিনি কাউকে তিরস্কার করার সময় শুধু এটুকু বলতেনঃ তার কী হলো? তার কপাল ধূলিমলিন হোক। [৬০৩১] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৫৬১১, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated Anas:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was neither a Fahish (one who had a bad tongue) nor a Sabbaba (one who abuses others) and he used to say while admonishing somebody, "What is wrong with him? May dust be on his forehead
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْمَرَ، أَنَّ أَبَا الأَسْوَدِ الدِّيلِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ يَرْمِي رَجُلٌ رَجُلاً بِالْفُسُوقِ، وَلاَ يَرْمِيهِ بِالْكُفْرِ، إِلاَّ ارْتَدَّتْ عَلَيْهِ، إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ صَاحِبُهُ كَذَلِكَ ".
আবূ যার (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ একজন অপর জনকে ফাসিক বলে যেন গালি না দেয় এবং একজন অন্যজনকে কাফির বলে অপবাদ না দেয়। কেননা, অপরজন যদি তা না হয়, তবে সে অপবাদ তার নিজের উপরই আপতিত হবে। [৩৫০৮; মুসলিম ১/২৭, হাঃ ৬১, আহমাদ ২১৫২১] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৫৬১০, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated Abu Dhar:
That he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "If somebody accuses another of Fusuq (by calling him 'Fasiq' i.e. a wicked person) or accuses him of Kufr, such an accusation will revert to him (i.e. the accuser) if his companion (the accused) is innocent
তিনি গাছের নীচে বাই‘আত গ্রহণকারীদের অন্যতম সাহাবী ছিলেন। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি ইসলাম ব্যতীত অন্য কোন দলের উপর কসম খাবে, সে ঐ দলেরই শামিল হয়ে যাবে। আর মানুষ যে জিনিসের মালিক নয়, এমন জিনিসের নযর আদায় করা তার উপর ওয়াজিব নয়। আর কোন লোক দুনিয়াতে যে জিনিস দিয়ে আত্মহত্যা করবে, কিয়ামতের দিন সে জিনিস দিয়েই তাকে ‘আযাব দেয়া হবে। কোন লোক কোন মু’মিনের উপর অভিশাপ দিলে, তা তাকে হত্যা করারই শামিল হবে। আর কোন্ মু’মিনকে কাফির বললে, তাও তাকে হত্যা করার মতই হবে। [১৩৬৩] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৫৬১২, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak:
(who was one of the companions who gave the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (ﷺ) underneath the tree (Al-Hudaibiya)) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever swears by a religion other than Islam (i.e. if somebody swears by saying that he is a non-Muslim e.g., a Jew or a Christian, etc.) in case he is telling a lie, he is really so if his oath is false, and a person is not bound to fulfill a vow about a thing which he does not possess. And if somebody commits suicide with anything in this world, he will be tortured with that very thing on the Day of Resurrection; And if somebody curses a believer, then his sin will be as if he murdered him; And whoever accuses a believer of Kufr (disbelief), then it is as if he killed him
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ، وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ ". تَابَعَهُ غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ.
‘আবদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেছেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ মুসলিমকে গালি দেয়া ফাসিকী এবং তাকে হত্যা করা কুফুরী। শু‘বাহ (রহ.) সূত্রে গুনদারও এ রকম বর্ণনা করেছেন। (আধুনিক প্রকাশনী- ৫৬০৯, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন)
Narrated `Abdullah:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (i.e., an evil-doing), and killing him is Kufr (disbelief)
