তিনি বলেন, নবী বলেছেনঃ তোমাদের কেউ যখন সালাতে দাঁড়ায়, তখন সে তার প্রতিপালকের সঙ্গে গোপনে কথা বলে। কাজেই, সে যেন ডানদিকে থুথু না ফেলে, তবে (প্রয়োজনে) বাম পায়ের নীচে ফেলতে পারে। তবে সা‘ঈদ (রহ.) ক্বাতাদাহ (রহ.) হতে বর্ণনা করেছেন, সে যেন সামনের দিকে থুথু না ফেলে, কিন্তু বামদিকে অথবা পায়ের নীচে ফেলতে পারে। আর শু‘বাহ (রহ.) বলেন, সে যেন সামনের দিকে অথবা ডান দিকে থুথু না ফেলে, কিন্তু বামদিকে অথবা পায়ের তলায় ফেলতে পারে। আর হুমায়দ (রহ.) আনাস (রাযি.) সূত্রে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে বর্ণনা করেন, সে যেন কিব্লার দিকে বা ডানদিকে থুথু না ফেলে, কিন্তু বামদিকে অথবা পায়ের নীচে ফেলতে পারে। (২৪১) (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৫০০, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Anas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whenever anyone of you offers his prayer he is speaking in private to his Lord. So he should not spit to his right but under his left foot." Qatada said, "He should not spit in front of him but to his left or under his feet." And Shu`ba said, "He should not spit in front of him, nor to his right but to his left or under his foot." Anas said: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He should neither spit in the direction of his Qibla nor to his right but to his left or under his foot
তিনি বলেন, আমি দামেশ্কে আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাযি.)-এর নিকট উপস্থিত হলাম, তিনি তখন কাঁদছিলেন। আমি তাঁকে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, আপনাকে কোন বিষয়টি কাঁদাচ্ছে? তিনি বললেন, আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম -এর যুগে যা কিছু পেয়েছি তার মধ্যে কেবলমাত্র সালাত ছাড়া আর কিছুই বহাল নেই। কিন্তু সালাতকেও নষ্ট করে দেয়া হয়েছে। বাকর (রহ.) বলেন, আমার নিকট মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু বাকর বুরসানী (রহ.) এবং ‘উসমান ইবনু আবূ রাওওয়াদ (রহ.) অনুরূপ বর্ণনা করেছেন। (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৯৯, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Az-Zuhri that he visited Anas bin Malik at Damascus and found him weeping and asked him why he was weeping. He replied, "I do not know anything which I used to know during the life-time of Allah's Apostle except this prayer which is being lost (not offered as it should be)
তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা সাজদায় ই‘তিদাল বজায় রাখ। তোমাদের কেউ যেন তার বাহুদ্বয় কুকুরের মতো বিছিয়ে না দেয়। আর যদি থুথু ফেলতে হয়, তাহলে সে যেন সামনে ও ডানে না ফেলে। কেননা, সে তখন তার প্রতিপালকের সঙ্গে গোপন কথায় লিপ্ত থাকে।* (২৪১) (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৫০১, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Anas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do the prostration properly and do not put your forearms flat with elbows touching the ground like a dog. And if you want to spit, do not spit in front, nor to the right for the person in prayer is speaking in private to his Lord
তিনি বলেন, আজকাল কোনো জিনিসই সে অবস্থায় পাই না, যেমন নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম -এর যুগে ছিল। প্রশ্ন করা হলো, সালাতও কি? তিনি বললেন, সে ক্ষেত্রেও যা হক নষ্ট করার তা-কি তোমরা করনি?* (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৯৮, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Ghailan:
Anas said, "I do not find (now-a-days) things as they were (practiced) at the time of the Prophet." Somebody said "The prayer (is as it was.)" Anas said, "Have you not done in the prayer what you have done?
