حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، وَابْنُ، إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَلَى مِنْبَرِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ أَمَّا بَعْدُ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّهُ نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ وَهْىَ مِنْ خَمْسَةٍ، مِنَ الْعِنَبِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْعَسَلِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ، وَالْخَمْرُ مَا خَامَرَ الْعَقْلَ.
ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেছেন যে, আমি উমার (রাঃ)-কে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর মিম্বরে বসে বলতে শুনেছি যে, এরপর হে লোক সকল! মদপানের নিষেধাজ্ঞা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে আর তা হচ্ছে পাঁচ প্রকার, খুরমা থেকে, আঙ্গুর থেকে, মধু থেকে, গম থেকে এবং যব থেকে আর মদ হচ্ছে যা সুস্থ বিবেককে আচ্ছন্ন করে ফেলে। [৫৫৮১, ৫৫৮৮, ৫৫৮৯, ৭৩৩৭] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪২৫৮, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
I heard `Umar while he was on the pulpit of the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "Now then O people! The revelation about the prohibition of alcoholic drinks was revealed; and alcoholic drinks are extracted from five things: Grapes, dates, honey, wheat and barley. And the alcoholic drink is that which confuses and stupefies the mind
জাবির (রাঃ) বলেছেন যে, উহূদের যুদ্ধের দিন ভোরে কিছু লোক মদ পান করেছিলেন এবং সেদিন তাঁরা সবাই শহীদ হয়েছেন। এই মদ্যপানের ঘটনা ছিল তা হারাম হওয়ার আগের ঘটনা। [২৮১৫] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪২৫৭, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Jabir:
Some people drank alcoholic beverages in the morning (of the day) of the Uhud battle and on the same day they were killed as martyrs, and that was before wine was prohibited
আনাস (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, ঢেলে দেয়া মদগুলো ছিল ফাযীখ। আবূ নু‘মান থেকে মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু সাল্লাম আরও অতিরিক্ত বর্ণনা করেছেন, আনাস (রাঃ) বলেছেন, আমি আবূ ত্বলহা (রাঃ)-এর ঘরে লোকেদেরকে মদ পান করাচ্ছিলাম, তখনই মদের নিষেধাজ্ঞা অবতীর্ণ হল। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একজন ঘোষককে তা প্রচারের নির্দেশ দিলেন। এরপর সে ঘোষণা দিল। আবূ ত্বল্হা বললেন, বেরিয়ে দেখ তো শব্দ কিসের? আনাস (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি বেরুলাম এবং বললাম যে, একজন ঘোষক ঘোষণা দিচ্ছে যে, জেনে রাখ মদ হারাম করে দেয়া হয়েছে। এরপর তিনি আমাকে বললেন যাও, এগুলো সব ঢেলে দাও। আনাস (রাঃ) বলেন, সেদিন মদিনা মনোওয়ারার রাস্তায় রাস্তায় মদের স্রোত প্রবাহিত হয়েছিল। তিনি বলেন, সে যুগে তাদের মদ ছিল ফাযীখ, তখন একজন বললেন, যাঁরা পেটে মদ নিয়ে শহীদ হয়েছেন তাঁদের কী অবস্থা হবে? তিনি বলেন, এরপর আল্লাহ তা‘আলা অবতীর্ণ করলেন- لَيْسَ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ جُنَاحٌ فِيْمَا طَعِمُوْآ [২৪৬৪] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪২৫৯, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Anas:
The alcoholic drink which was spilled was Al-Fadikh. I used to offer alcoholic drinks to the people at the residence of Abu Talha. Then the order of prohibiting Alcoholic drinks was revealed, and the Prophet ordered somebody to announce that: Abu Talha said to me, "Go out and see what this voice (this announcement ) is." I went out and (on coming back) said, "This is somebody announcing that alcoholic beverages have been prohibited." Abu Talha said to me, "Go and spill it (i.e. the wine)," Then it (alcoholic drinks) was seen flowing through the streets of Medina. At that time the wine was Al-Fadikh. The people said, "Some people (Muslims) were killed (during the battle of Uhud) while wine was in their stomachs." So Allah revealed: "On those who believe and do good deeds there is no blame for what they ate (in the past)
তিনি বলেন যে, তোমরা যেটাকে ফাযীখ অর্থাৎ কাঁচা খুরমা ভিজানো পানি নাম রেখেছ সেই ফাযীখ ব্যতীত আমাদের অন্য কোন মদ ছিল না। একদিন আমি দাঁড়িয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে আবূ ত্বলহা, অমুক এবং অমুককে তা পান করাচ্ছিলাম। তখনই এক ব্যক্তি এসে বলল, আপনাদের কাছে এ সংবাদ এসেছে কি? তাঁরা বললেন, ঐ সংবাদ কী? সে বলল, মদ হারাম করে দেয়া হয়েছে, তাঁরা বললেন, হে আনাস! এই বড় বড় মটকাগুলো থেকে মদ ঢেলে ফেলে দাও। আনাস (রাঃ) বললেন যে, এই ব্যক্তির সংবাদের পর তাঁরা এ ব্যাপারে কিছু জিজ্ঞেসও করেননি এবং দ্বিতীয়বার পানও করেননি। [২৪৬৪] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪২৫৬, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
We had no alcoholic drink except that which was produced from dates and which you call Fadikh. While I was standing offering drinks to Abu Talha and so-and-so and so-and-so, a man came and said, "Has the news reached you? They said, "What is that?" He said, "Alcoholic drinks have been prohibited. They said, "Spill (the contents of these pots, O Anas!" Then they neither asked about it (alcoholic drinks) nor returned to it after the news from that man
