حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، أَنَّ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ مُنْكَدِرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ عَادَنِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ فِي بَنِي سَلِمَةَ مَاشِيَيْنِ فَوَجَدَنِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَ أَعْقِلُ، فَدَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْهُ، ثُمَّ رَشَّ عَلَىَّ، فَأَفَقْتُ فَقُلْتُ مَا تَأْمُرُنِي أَنْ أَصْنَعَ فِي مَالِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَنَزَلَتْ {يُوصِيكُمُ اللَّهُ فِي أَوْلاَدِكُمْ}
জাবির (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত:
তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এবং আবূ বাকর (রাঃ) বানী সালামাহ গোত্রে পদব্রজে আমার রোগের ব্যাপারে খোঁজ নিতে গিয়েছিলেন। অতঃপর নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে জ্ঞানশূন্য অবস্থায় দেখতে পেলেন। কাজেই তিনি পানি আনালেন এবং ‘উযূ করে সেই পানি আমার উপর ছিটিয়ে দিলেন। তখন আমি জ্ঞান ফিরে পেলাম। তখন আমি বললাম, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম! আমার সম্পদের ব্যাপারে কী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে আপনি আমাকে আদেশ করছেন? তখন এ আয়াত অবতীর্ণ হলঃ يُوْصِيْكُمْ اللهُ فِيْ أَوْلَادِكُمْ। [১৯৪] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪২১৬, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Jabir:
The Prophet (ﷺ) and Abu Bakr came on foot to pay me a visit (during my illness) at Banu Salama's (dwellings). The Prophet (ﷺ) found me unconscious, so he asked for water and performed the ablution from it and sprinkled some water over me. I came to my senses and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! What do you order me to do as regards my wealth?" So there was revealed:-- "Allah commands you as regards your children's (inheritance):
তিনি বলেন, আয়াতটি সুস্পষ্ট, মানসুখ নয়। সা‘ঈদ (রাঃ) ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে ইকরামাহ (রাঃ)-এর অনুরূপ বর্ণনা করেছেন। আল্লাহর বাণীঃ وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبٰى وَالْيَتَامٰى وَالْمَسَاكِيْنُ ‘‘আর যদি সম্পত্তি বণ্টনকালে আত্মীয়, ইয়াতীম ও মিসকীন উপস্থিত হয়’’। (সূরাহ আন্-নিসা ৪/১১)। [২৭৫৯] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪২১৫, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Ikrima:
Ibn `Abbas said ( regarding the verse), "And when the relatives and the orphans and the poor are present at the time of division, "this verse and its order is valid and not abrogated
তিনি বলেন, মৃত ব্যক্তির সম্পদ লাভ করত সন্তানরা, আর ওয়াসীয়াত ছিল পিতামাতার জন্য। অতঃপর তাত্থেকে আল্লাহ তা‘আলা স্বীয় পছন্দ অনুযায়ী কিছু রহিত করলেন এবং পুরুষদের জন্য মহিলার দ্বিগুণ নির্দিষ্ট করলেন। পিতামাতা প্রত্যেকের জন্য ষষ্ঠাংশ ও তৃতীয়াংশ নির্ধারণ করলেন, স্ত্রীদের জন্য অষ্টমাংশ ও চতুর্থাংশ নির্ধারণ করলেন এবং স্বামীর জন্য অর্ধাংশ ও চতুর্থাংশ নির্ধারণ করলেন। [২৭৪৭] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪২১৭, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
(In the Pre-Islamic Period ) the children used to inherit all the property but the parents used to inherit only through a will. So Allah cancelled that which He liked to cancel and put decreed that the share of a son was to be twice the share of a daughter, and for the parents one-sixth for each one of them, or one third, and for the wife one-eighth or one-fourth, and for the husband one-half, or one-fourth
(وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيْرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فَأَشْهِدُوْا عَلَيْهِمْ وَكَفٰى بِاللهِ حَسِيْبًا) (وَبِدَارًا) مُبَادَرَةً. (أَعْتَدْنَا) : أَعْدَدْنَا أَفْعَلْنَا مِنَ الْعَتَادِ. ‘‘এবং যে অভাবগ্রস্ত সে যেন সঙ্গত পরিমাণে ভোগ করে। যখন তোমরা তাদের হাতে তাদের সম্পদ প্রত্যর্পণ করবে, তখন সাক্ষী রাখবে।’’ (সূরাহ আন-নিসা ৪/৬) وَبِدَارًا শীঘ্রই أَعْتَدْنَا প্রস্তুত করে রেখেছি। আর أَعْتَدْنَا শব্দটি أَفْعَلْنَا এর ওজনে الْعَتَادِ মাসদার থেকে (নির্গত)। ৪৫৭৫. ‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, আল্লাহর বাণী وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيْرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ সম্পদশালী গ্রহণ করবে না- অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে ইয়াতীমের সম্পদ উপলক্ষে, যদি তত্ত্বাবধায়ক দরিদ্র হয় তাহলে তত্ত্বাবধানের বিনিময়ে ন্যায্য পরিমাণে তা থেকে ভোগ করবে। [২২১২] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪২১৪, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Aisha:
regarding the Statement of Allah: "And whoever amongst the guardian is rich, he should take no wages, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable (according to his work). This Verse was revealed regarding the orphan's property. If the guardian is poor, he can take from the property of the orphan, what is just and reasonable according to his work and the time he spends on managing it
