তিনি বলেনঃ একদা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যুহরের সালাত পাঁচ রাক‘আত আদায় করেন। তখন মুসল্লীগণ জিজ্ঞেস করলেনঃ সালাতে কি কিছু বৃদ্ধি করা হয়েছে? তিনি বললেনঃ তা কী? তারা বললেনঃ আপনি যে পাঁচ রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করেছেন। রাবী বলেন, তিনি নিজের পা ঘুরিয়ে (ক্বিবলা (কিবলা/কেবলা)মুখী হয়ে) দু’ সিজদা (সিজদা সাহু) করে নিলেন। (৪০১) (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৩৮৯, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated `Abdullah:
"Once the Prophet (ﷺ) offered five rak`at in Zuhr prayer. He was asked, "Is there an increase in the prayer?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "And what is it?" They said, "You have prayed five rak`at.' So he bent his legs and performed two prostrations (of Sahu)
তিনি বলেনঃ একদা লোকেরা কুবা নামক স্থানে ফজরের সালাত আদায় করছিলেন। এমন সময় তাদের নিকট এক ব্যক্তি এসে বললেন যে, এ রাতে আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম -এর প্রতি ওয়াহী অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে। আর তাঁকে কা‘বামুখী হবার নির্দেশ দেয়া হয়েছে। কাজেই তোমারা কা‘বার দিকে মুখ কর। তখন তাঁদের চেহারা ছিল শামের (বায়তুল মুকাদ্দাসের) দিকে। একথা শুনে তাঁরা কা‘বার দিকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিলেন। (৪৪৮৮, ৪৪৯০, ৪৪৯১, ৪৪৯৩, ৪৪৯৪, ৭২৫১; মুসলিম ৫/২, হাঃ ৫২৬) (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৩৮৮, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
While the people were offering the Fajr prayer at Quba' (near Medina), someone came to them and said: "It has been revealed to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) tonight, and he has been ordered to pray facing the Ka`ba." So turn your faces to the Ka`ba. Those people were facing Sham (Jerusalem) so they turned their faces towards Ka`ba (at Mecca)
আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাযি.) হতে বর্ণিত যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ক্বিবলা (কিবলা/কেবলা)হর দিকে (দেয়ালে) ‘কফ’ দেখলেন। এটা তাঁর নিকট কষ্টদায়ক মনে হলো। এমনকি তাঁর চেহারায় তা ফুটে উঠলো। তিনি উঠে গিয়ে তা হাত দিয়ে পরিষ্কার করলেন। অতঃপর তিনি বললেনঃ তোমাদের কেউ যখন সালাতে দাঁড়ায় তখন সে তার রবের সাথে একান্তে কথা বলে। অথবা বলেছেন, তার ও ক্বিবলা (কিবলা/কেবলা)হর মাঝখানে তার রব আছেন। কাজেই, তোমাদের কেউ যেন ক্বিবলা (কিবলা/কেবলা)হর দিকে থুথু না ফেলে। বরং সে যেন তার বাম দিকে অথবা পায়ের নীচে তা ফেলে। অতঃপর চাদরের আঁচল নিয়ে তাতে তিনি থুথু ফেললেন এবং তার এক অংশকে অন্য অংশের উপর ভাঁজ করলেন এবং বললেনঃ অথবা সে এমন করবে। (২৪১; মুসলিম ৫/১৩, হাঃ ৫৫১, আহমাদ ১২৮০৯) (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৩৯০, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
The Prophet (ﷺ) saw some sputum in the direction of the Qibla (on the wall of the mosque) and he disliked that and the sign of disgust was apparent from his face. So he got up and scraped it off with his hand and said, "Whenever anyone of you stands for the prayer, he is speaking in private to his Lord or his Lord is between him and his Qibla. So, none of you should spit in the direction of the Qibla but one can spit to the left or under his foot." The Prophet (ﷺ) then took the corner of his sheet and spat in it and folded it and said, "Or you can do this
