حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ كَانَ عَلَى ثَقَلِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجُلٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ كِرْكِرَةُ فَمَاتَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " هُوَ فِي النَّارِ ". فَذَهَبُوا يَنْظُرُونَ إِلَيْهِ فَوَجَدُوا عَبَاءَةً قَدْ غَلَّهَا. قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ ابْنُ سَلاَمٍ كَرْكَرَةُ، يَعْنِي بِفَتْحِ الْكَافِ، وَهْوَ مَضْبُوطٌ كَذَا.
وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ حَرَّقَ مَتَاعَهُ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ ‘আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু ‘আমর (রাঃ) রাসূলূল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে এ বর্ণনায় তিনি আত্মসাৎকারীর মালপত্র জ্বালিয়ে দিয়েছেন- কথাটি উল্লেখ করেননি। এটাই বিশুদ্ধ। ৩০৭৪. ‘আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু ‘আমর (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর পাহারা দেয়ার জন্য এক ব্যক্তি নিযুক্ত ছিল। তাকে কার্কারা নামে ডাকা হত। সে মারা গেল। আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেন, সে জাহান্নামী! লোকেরা তাকে দেখতে গেল আর তারা একটি আবা পেল যা সে আত্মসাত করেছিল। আবূ ‘আবদুল্লাহ (রহ.) বলেন, ইবনু সালাম (রহ.) বলেছেন, কারকারা। (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ২৮৪৩, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr:
There was a man who looked after the family and the belongings of the Prophet (ﷺ) and he was called Karkara. The man died and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "He is in the '(Hell) Fire." The people then went to look at him and found in his place, a cloak he had stolen from the war booty
(وَقَوْلِ اللهِ تَعَالَى )وَمَنْ يَّغْلُلْ يَأْتِ بِمَا غَلَّ( ( آل عمران : 161) আল্লাহ তা‘আলার বাণীঃ ‘‘কেউ কোন কিছু অন্যায়ভাবে গোপন করে রাখলে সে তা কিয়ামতের দিন নিয়ে আসবে।’’ (আলে ‘ইমরান ১৬১) ৩০৭৩. আবূ হুরাইরাহ্ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের মাঝে দাঁড়ান এবং গানীমাতের মাল আত্মসাৎ প্রসঙ্গে আলোচনা করেন। আর তিনি তা মারাত্মক অপরাধ ও তার ভয়াবহ পরিণতির কথা উল্লেখ করেন। তিনি বললেন, আমি তোমাদের কাউকে যেন এ অবস্থায় কিয়ামতের দিন না পাই যে, তাঁর কাঁধে বকরি বয়ে বেড়াচ্ছে আর তা ভ্যাঁ ভ্যাঁ করে চিৎকার দিচ্ছে। অথবা তাঁর কাঁধে রয়েছে ঘোড়া আর তা হি হি করে আওয়াজ দিচ্ছে। ঐ ব্যক্তি আমাকে বলবে, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমাকে সাহায্য করুন। আমি বলব, আমি তোমার জন্য কিছু করতে পারব না। আমি তো (দুনিয়ায়) তোমার নিকট পৌছে দিয়েছি। অথবা কেউ তার কাঁধে বয়ে বেড়াবে উট যা চিৎকার করছে, সে আমাকে বলবে, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! একটু সাহায্য করুন। আমি বলব, আমি তোমার জন্য কিছু করতে পারব না। আমি তো তোমার নিকট পৌঁছে দিয়েছি। অথবা কেউ তার কাঁধে বয়ে বেড়াবে ধন-দৌলত এবং আমাকে বলবে, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমাকে সাহায্য করুন। আমি বলব, আমি তোমার জন্য কিছু করতে পারব না। আমি তো তোমার নিকট পৌঁছে দিয়েছি। অথবা কেউ তার কাঁধে বয়ে বেড়াবে কাপড়ের টুকরাসমূহ যা দুলতে থাকবে। সে আমাকে বলবে, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমাকে সাহায্য করুন। আমি বলব, আমি তোমার জন্য কিছু করতে পারব না; আমি তো তোমার নিকট পৌঁছে দিয়েছি। (১৪০২) (মুসলিম ৩৩/৬ হাঃ ১৮৩১) (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ২৮৪২, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) got up amongst us and mentioned Al Ghulul, emphasized its magnitude and declared that it was a great sin saying, "Don't commit Ghulul for I should not like to see anyone amongst you on the Day of Resurrection, carrying over his neck a sheep that will be bleating, or carrying over his neck a horse that will be neighing. Such a man will be saying: 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Intercede with Allah for me,' and I will reply, 'I can't help you, for I have conveyed Allah's Message to you Nor should I like to see a man carrying over his neck, a camel that will be grunting. Such a man will say, 'O Allah's Apostle! Intercede with Allah for me, and I will say, 'I can't help you for I have conveyed Allah's Message to you,' or one carrying over his neck gold and silver and saying, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Intercede with Allah for me,' and I will say, 'I can't help you for I have conveyed Allah's Message to you,' or one carrying clothes that will be fluttering, and the man will say, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Intercede with Allah for me.' And I will say, 'I can't help you, for I have conveyed Allah's Message to you
তিনি বলেন, আমরা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সঙ্গে যুল-হুলাইফায় অবস্থান করছিলাম। লোকেরা ক্ষুধার্ত হয়েছিল। আর আমরা গানীমাত স্বরূপ কিছু উট ও বকরী লাভ করেছিলাম। তখন নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম লোকদের পেছনে সারিতে ছিলেন। লোকেরা তাড়াতাড়ি করে পাতিল চড়িয়ে দিয়েছিল। আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নির্দেশ দিলেন এবং পাতিলগুলো উপুড় করে ফেলে দেয়া হল। অতঃপর তিনি দশটি বকরীকে একটি উটের সমান ধরে তা বণ্টন করে দিলেন। তার নিকট হতে একটি উট পালিয়ে গেল। লোকদের নিকট ঘোড়া কম ছিল। তাঁরা তা অনুসন্ধানে বেরিয়ে গেল এবং তারা ক্লান্ত হয়ে পড়ল। অতঃপর এক ব্যক্তি উটটির প্রতি তীর নিক্ষেপ করল, আল্লাহ তা‘আলা তার গতিরোধ করে দিলেন। তখন আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেন, ‘এ সকল গৃহপালিত জন্তুর মধ্যেও কতক বন্য পশুর মত অবাধ্য হয়ে যায়। সুতরাং যা তোমাদের নিকট হতে পলায়ন করে তার সঙ্গে এরূপ আচরণ করবে।’ রাবী বলেন, আমার দাদা রাফি‘ ইবনু খাদীজ (রাঃ) বলেছেন, আমরা আশা করি কিংবা বলেছেন আশঙ্কা করি যে, আমরা আগামীকাল শত্রুর মুখোমুখী হব। আর আমাদের সঙ্গে ছুরি নেই। আমরা কি বাঁশের ধারালো চোকলা দ্বারা যব্হ করব? আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেন, ‘যা রক্ত প্রবাহিত করে এবং আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ করা হয়েছে তা আহার কর। কিন্তু দাঁত ও নখ দিয়ে নয়। কারণ আমি বলে দিচ্ছিঃ তা এই যে, দাঁত হল হাড় আর নখ হল হাবশীদের ছুরি।’ (২৪৮৮) (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ২৮৪৪, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Abaya bin Rifaa:
My grandfather, Rafi` said, "We were in the company of the Prophet (ﷺ) at DhulHulaifa, and the people suffered from hunger. We got some camels and sheep (as booty) and the Prophet (ﷺ) was still behind the people. They hurried and put the cooking pots on the fire. (When he came) he ordered that the cooking pots should be upset and then he distributed the booty (amongst the people) regarding ten sheep as equal to one camel. Then a camel fled and the people chased it till they got tired, as they had a few horses (for chasing it). So a man threw an arrow at it and caused it to stop (with Allah's Permission). On that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Some of these animals behave like wild beasts, so, if any animal flees from you, deal with it in the same way." My grandfather asked (the Prophet (ﷺ) ), "We hope (or are afraid) that we may meet the enemy tomorrow and we have no knives. Can we slaughter our animals with canes?" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) replied, "If the instrument used for killing causes the animal to bleed profusely and if Allah's Name is mentioned on killing it, then eat its meat (i.e. it is lawful) but don't use a tooth or a nail and I am telling you the reason: A tooth is a bone (and slaughtering with a bone is forbidden ), and a nail is the slaughtering instrument of the Ethiopians
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ، أَخَذَ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَجَعَلَهَا فِي فِيهِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْفَارِسِيَّةِ " كَخٍ كَخٍ، أَمَا تَعْرِفُ أَنَّا لاَ نَأْكُلُ الصَّدَقَةَ ".
আবূ হুরাইরাহ্ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত যে, হাসান ইবনু ‘আলী (রাঃ) সদাকাহর খেজুর হতে একটি খেজুর নিয়ে তা তাঁর মুখে দেন। তখন নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কাখ্-খাখ্ বললেন, তুমি কি জান না যে, আমরা সদা্কাহ খাই না। (১৪৮৫) (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ২৮৪১, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Al-Hasan bin 'Ali took a date from the dates of the Sadaqa and put it in his mouth. The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to him) in Persian, "Kakh, kakh! (i.e. Don't you know that we do not eat the Sadaqa (i.e. what is given in charity) (charity is the dirt of the people)
