। দুকাইন ইবনু সাঈদ আল-মুযানী (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, ‘আমরা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে খাবার চাইলাম। তিনি বললেনঃ হে ‘উমার! যাও, এদেরকে দাও। অতএব তিনি আমাদেরকে নিয়ে উপর তলার একটি রুমে উঠলেন, অতঃপর তার রুম থেকে চাবি নিয়ে তা খুললেন।[1] সনদ সহীহ।
Narrated Dukayn ibn Sa'id al-Muzani:
We came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and asked him for some corn. He said: Go, Umar, and give them. He ascended with us a room upstairs, took a key from his apartment and opened it
। আনাস ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বাইরে বের হয়ে গম্বুজাকৃতির একটি উঁচু পাকা ঘর দেখতে পেয়ে বললেনঃ এটা কি? তাঁর সাহাবীগণ বললেন, এটা অমুক আনসারী ব্যক্তির। তিনি চুপ থাকলেন এবং বিষয়টি স্মরণে রাখলেন। পরে ঐ প্রাসাদের মালিক রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে লোকদের মধ্যে তাঁকে সালাম দিলে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তার দিক থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিলেন। এরূপ কয়েকবার হলো। ফলে লোকটি তার প্রতি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর রাগ হওয়া এবং তাঁর উপেক্ষা সম্পর্কে বুঝতে পারলো। এতে সে তার সাথীদের নিকট প্রকৃত ঘটনা জানতে চাইলো। সে বললো, আল্লাহর কসম! রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে এরূপ আচরণ তো আমি বুঝতে পারছি না! লোকেরা বললো, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বাইরে বের হয়েছিলেন। তিনি তোমার গম্বুজ দেখতে পেয়েছেন। অতএব সে তার পাকা বাড়িতে ফিরে এসে তা ধ্বংস করে একেবারে মাটির সাথে মিশিয়ে দিলো। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আরেক দিন বের হলেন। তিনি ঐ প্রাসাদটি দেখতে না পেয়ে বললেন, প্রাসাদটির কি হলো? লোকেরা বললো, প্রাসাদের মালিক আমাদের নিকট তার প্রতি আপনার অসন্তুষ্টির ও উপেক্ষার বিষয়ে জানতে চাইলে ‘আমরা তাকে ঘটনা খুলে বলি, এতে সে তা বিধ্বস্ত করে দেয়। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ বস্তুত প্রত্যেক উচ্চ পাকা বাড়ি তার মালিকের জন্য দুর্ভাগ্যের কারণ হবে। তবে যেটি একান্ত জরূরী সেটি ছাড়া।[1] সহীহ। সহীহা হা/ ২৮৩০।
Narrated Anas ibn Malik:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came out, and on seeing a high-domed building, he said: What is it? His companions replied to him: It belongs to so and so, one of the Ansar. He said: he said nothing but kept the matter in mind. When its owner came and gave him a greeting among the people, he turned away from him. When he had done this several times, the man realised that he was the cause of the anger and the rebuff. So he complained about it to his companions, saying: I swear by Allah that I cannot understand the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). They said: He went out and saw your domed building. So the man returned to it and demolished it, levelling it to the ground. One day the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came out and did not see it. He asked: What has happened to the domed building? They replied: Its owner complained to us about your rebuff, and when we informed him about it, he demolished it. He said: Every building is a misfortune for its owner, except what cannot, except what cannot, meaning except that which is essential
। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু হুবশী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি কুল গাছ কাটবে, আল্লাহ তাকে মাথা উপুড় করে জাহান্নামে ফেলবেন। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ)-কে এ হাদীসের তাৎপর্য সম্পর্কে প্রশ্ন করা হলে তিনি বলেন, এটি খুবই সংক্ষিপ্ত। অর্থাৎ খোলা ময়দানের কুল গাছ, যার ছায়ায় পথচারী ও চতুস্পদ প্রাণী আশ্রয় নিয়ে থাকে তা কোনো ব্যক্তি নিজ মালিকানাহীন, অপ্রয়োজনে ও অন্যায়ভাবে কেটে ফেললে আল্লাহ তাকে উপুড় করে জাহান্নামে নিক্ষেপ করবেন।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Habashi:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone cuts the lote-tree, Allah brings him headlong into Hell. Abu Dawud was asked about the meaning of this tradition. He said: This is a brief tradition. It means that if anyone cuts uselessly, unjustly and without any right a lote-tree under the shade of which travellers and beasts take shelter, Allah will bring him into Hell headlong
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَهَنَّادٌ، - الْمَعْنَى - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ بِهَذَا قَالَ مَرَّ عَلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَنَحْنُ نُعَالِجُ خُصًّا لَنَا وَهَى فَقَالَ " مَا هَذَا " . فَقُلْنَا خُصٌّ لَنَا وَهَى فَنَحْنُ نُصْلِحُهُ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا أَرَى الأَمْرَ إِلاَّ أَعْجَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ " .
। আল-আ‘মাশ (রহঃ) এ সনদে উল্লেখিত হাদীস বর্ণনা করেন। তাতে রয়েছেঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমার পাশ দিয়ে যাচ্ছিলেন। ‘আমরা তখন আমাদের জীর্ণশীর্ণ ঘরটি মেরামত করছিলাম। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ এটা কি হচ্ছে? ‘আমরা বললাম, আমাদের এ জীর্ণশীর্ণ কুঁড়ে ঘরটি মেরামত করছি। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ আমি তো দেখছি এ জীর্ণ ঘরের চাইতেও নির্দেশ দ্রুত ধাবমান।[1] সহীহ।

We replied: This cottage of ours has broken and we are repairing it. The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said: I see that the command is quicker than that
