। ইয়ালা ইবনু উমাইয়্যাহ (রহঃ) সূত্রে অনুরূপ বর্ণিত। এতে আরো আছেঃ অতঃপর নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেন, তোমার ইচ্ছে হলে তুমিও তার মুখে হাত দাও আর সে চিবাতে থাকুক। তারপর তুমি তার মুখ থেকে হাত বের করে আনো। অতঃপর তিনি তার দাঁতের দিয়াতের দাবী বাতিল করেন।[1] সনদ সহীহ।
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Ya'la b. Umayyah through a different chain of narrators. This version has:The Prophet (ﷺ) said to the man bit him: If you wish that you give him control over your hand and he bites it, and then you drive it away from his mouth (you may do it). He imposed no retaliation for his teeth
। সাফওয়ান ইবনু ইয়ালা (রহঃ) থেকে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমার এক কর্মচারী এক লোকের সঙ্গে বিবাদে লিপ্ত হলে লোকটি তার হাত কামড়িয়ে ধরে এবং সে টান দিয়ে তার হাত ছাড়িয়ে আনলে তার সামনের পাঁচটি দাঁত পড়ে যায়। সে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট অভিযোগ নিয়ে এলে তিনি তার মামলা খারিজ করে দেন এবং বলেনঃ তুমি কি চাও যে, সে তার হাত তোমার মুখে পুড়ে রাখুক আর তুমি তা উটের মতো চিবাতে থাকো? বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, ইবনু আবূ মুলাইকাহ (রহঃ) তার দাদার সূত্রে আমাকে জানিয়েছে, আবূ বাকর (রাঃ)ও অনুরূপ ঘটনা দিয়াতের দাবী বাতিল করেছেন এবং বলেন, তার দাঁত পড়ে গেলো।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Safwan b. Ya'la:
On this father's authority, said: A servant of mine fought with a man and bit his hand and he drew away his hand. (One of) his front teeth fell out. So he came to the Prophet (ﷺ) who imposed no retaliation for his tooth, saying: Do you intend that he leaves his hand in your mouth so that you crunch it like a male camel ? He said: Ibn Abi Mulaikah told me on the authority of his grandfather that Abu Bakr (ra) imposed no retaliation on him for it, saying: May his tooth go away
। আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব (রহঃ) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা এবং তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ চিকিৎসা বিদ্যাহীন ব্যক্তি চিকিৎসা করলে তাতে সে দায়ী হবে। নাদর (রহঃ) বলেন, ইবনু জুরাইজ (রহঃ) হাদীসটি আমার নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, হাদীসটি ওয়ালিদ একাই বর্ণনা করেছেন। হাদীসটি সহীহ কি না তা আমরা জানি না।[1] হাসান।
Narrated 'Amr b. Suh'aib:
On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Anyone who practises medicine when he is not known as a practitioner will be held responsible. Abu Dawud said: This has been transmitted by al-Walid alone. We do not know whether it is sound or not
। আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব (রহঃ) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা এবং তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ যিম্মীর দিয়াত স্বাধীন ব্যক্তির দিয়াতের অর্ধেক।[1] হাসান।
Narrated 'Amr b. Suh'aib:
On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The blood-wit for a man who makes a covenant is half of the blood-wit for a free man. Abu Dawud said: It has been transmitted by Usamah b. Zaid al-Laithi and 'Abd al-Rahman b. al-Harith on the authority of 'Amr b. Suh'aib in similar manner
