। কাইস ইবনু আব্বাদ (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা আমি ও আল-আশতার আলী (রাঃ)-এর নিকট গিয়ে বলি, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কি আপনাকে বিশেষ কোনো উপদেশ দিয়েছেন যা সাধারণভাবে মানুষকে দেননি? তিনি বললেন, না; তবে শুধু এতটুকু যা আমার এ চিঠিতে আছে। অতঃপর তিনি তার তরবারির খাপ থেকে একখানা পত্র বের করলেন। তাতে লেখা ছিলোঃ সকল মুসলিমের জীবন সমমানের। অন্যদের বিরুদ্ধে তারা একটি ঐক্যবদ্ধ শক্তি। তাদের একজন সাধারণ ব্যক্তি কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত নিরাপত্তাই সকলের জন্য পালনীয়। সাবধান! কোনো মু‘মিনকে কোনো কাফির হত্যার অপরাধে হত্যা করা যাবে না। চুক্তিবদ্ধ অমুসলিম নাগরিককেও চুক্তি বলবৎ থাকাকালে হত্যা করা যাবে না। কেউ বিদ‘আত চালু করলে তার দায় তার উপর বর্তাবে। কোনো ব্যক্তি বিদ‘আত চালু করলে বা বিদ‘আতিকে মুক্তি দিলে তার উপর আল্লাহর অভিশাপ এবং ফিরিশতা ও মানবকূলের অভিশাপ।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Qays ibn Abbad:
I and Ashtar went to Ali and said to him: Did the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) give you any instruction about anything for which he did not give any instruction to the people in general? He said: No, except what is contained in this document of mine. Musaddad said: He then took out a document. Ahmad said: A document from the sheath of his sword. It contained: The lives of all Muslims are equal; they are one hand against others; the lowliest of them can guarantee their protection. Beware, a Muslim must not be killed for an infidel, nor must one who has been given a covenant be killed while his covenant holds. If anyone introduces an innovation, he will be responsible for it. If anyone introduces an innovation or gives shelter to a man who introduces an innovation (in religion), he is cursed by Allah, by His angels, and by all the people. । আনাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। এক বালিকার অলংকার ছিনতাই করার জন্য এক ইয়াহুদী তার মাথা পাথর দিয়ে থেতলিয়ে দিলো। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যখন সেখানে পৌঁছলেন তখনও তার প্রাণস্পন্দন অবশিষ্ট ছিলো। তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) তাকে বললেন, তোমাকে কে হত্যা করেছে? অমুক ব্যক্তি তোমাকে হত্যা করেছে? সে মাথা নেড়ে ইঙ্গিত করলো, না। তিনি বললেন, তোমাকে কে হত্যা করেছে? তোমাকে অমুক ব্যক্তি হত্যা করেছে? সে মাথা ইঙ্গিতে বললো, না। তিনি বললেন, অমুক ব্যক্তি কি তোমাকে হত্যা করেছে? সে মাথা নাড়িয়ে ইঙ্গিতে বললো, হ্যাঁ। অতঃপর রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নির্দেশ দিলে তাকে দু’টি পাথরের মাঝে রেখে হত্যা করা হলো।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Anas:
A girl was wearing silver ornaments. A Jew crushed her head with a stone. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon her when she had some breath. He said to her: Who has killed you ? Had so and so killed you ? She replied: No, making a sign with her head. He again asked: Who has killed you ? Has so and so killed you ? She replied: No, making a sign with her head. He again asked: Has so and so killed you ? She said: Yes, making sign with her head. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded regarding him, and he was killed between two stones
। আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব (রহঃ) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ অতঃপর আলী (রাঃ) বর্ণিত হাদীদের অনুরূপ। তবে এতে রয়েছেঃ তাদের দূরবর্তীরাও তাদের পক্ষে নিরাপত্তা দিতে পারবে, উত্তম ও দুর্বল পশুর মালিকরা এবং পিছনে অবস্থানরত ও সম্মুখ সমরে অবতীর্ণ সৈন্যগণও গানীমাতে সমান অংশ লাভ করবে।[1] হাসান সহীহ।
Narrated 'Amr b. Suh'aib:
On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, mentioning the tradition similar to the one transmitted by Ali. This version adds: The most distant of them gives protection as from all, those who are strong among them send back (spoil) to those who are weak among them, and their expeditions sending it back to those who are at home
। আনাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা আনসার গোত্রের এক বালিকার অলংকার ছিনতাই করার জন্য এক ইয়াহুদী তাকে হত্যা করে একটি কূপে নিক্ষেপ করে। সে তার মাথা পাথর দিয়ে থেতলিয়ে দিয়েছিল। তাকে গ্রেফতার করে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট আনা হলে তিনি তাকে পাথর মেরে হত্যার নির্দেশ দিলেন। অতঃপর তাকে পাথর মেরে হত্যা করা হলো।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Anas:
A Jew killed a girl of the Ansar for her ornaments. He then threw her in a well, and crushed her head with stones. He was then arrested and brought to the Prophet (ﷺ). He ordered regarding him that he should be stoned to death. He was then stoned till he died. Abu Dawud said: It has been transmitted by Ibn Juraij from Ayyub in a similar way
