حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا طَلْقُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلاَمِ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَجُلاً أَتَاهُ فَأَقَرَّ عِنْدَهُ أَنَّهُ زَنَى بِامْرَأَةٍ سَمَّاهَا لَهُ فَبَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى الْمَرْأَةِ فَسَأَلَهَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَنْكَرَتْ أَنْ تَكُونَ زَنَتْ فَجَلَدَهُ الْحَدَّ وَتَرَكَهَا .
। সাহল ইবনু সা‘দ (রাঃ) নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সূত্রে বর্ণনা করেনঃ জনৈক ব্যক্তি তাঁর নিকট এসে স্বীকারোক্তি করলো যে, সে এক স্ত্রীলোকের সঙ্গে যেনা করেছে এবং সে তার নামও বলেছে। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তার নিকট লোক পাঠিয়ে এ ব্যাপারে প্রশ্ন করলে সে যেনার কথা অস্বীকার করলো। কাজেই তিনি পুরুষটিকে বেত্রাঘাতের শাস্তি দিলেন এবং স্ত্রীলোকটিকে মুক্তি দিলেন।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Sahl ibn Sa'd:
A man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and made acknowledgment before him that he had committed fornication with a woman whom he named. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent someone to the woman and he asked her about it. She denied that she had committed fornication. So he gave him the prescribed punishment of lashes and left her
। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, পশুর সঙ্গে সঙ্গমকারী হাদ্দের আওতাভুক্ত নয়। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, আতাও এরূপই বলেছেন। হাকাম বলেন, আমি মনে করি তাকে বেত্রাঘাত করা উচিত; কিন্তু তা হাদ্দের সীমা (একশো বেত্রাঘাত) পর্যন্ত পৌঁছা উচিত নয়। হাসান বাসরী (রহঃ) বলেন, সে যেনাকারীর সমতুল্য। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, আসিম কর্তৃক বর্ণিত হাদীস আমর ইবনু আবূ আমরের হাদীসকে দুর্বল প্রমাণিত করে।[1] হাসান।
Asim reported from Abu Razin on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas saying:There is no prescribed punishment for one who has sexual intercourse with an animal. Abu Dawud said: 'Ata is also so. Al Hakam said: I think he should be flogged, but the number should not reach the one of the prescribed punishment. Al-Hasan said: He is like a fornicator. Abu Dawud said: THe tradition of 'Asim proves the tradition of 'Amr b. Abi 'Amr as weak
। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। বাকর ইবনু লাইস গোত্রের জনৈক ব্যক্তি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে চারবার স্বীকারোক্তি করলো যে, সে জনৈকা স্ত্রীলোকের সঙ্গে যেনা করেছে। সে অবিবাহিত ছিলো বিধায় তিনি তাকে একশো বেত্রাঘাত করেন। অতঃপর তিনি স্ত্রীলোকটির বিরুদ্ধে পর্যাপ্ত সাক্ষী আনার জন্য তাকে আদেশ দেন। স্ত্রীলোকটি বললো, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আল্লাহর কসম! সে মিথ্যা বলছে। সুতরাং তিনি পুরুষটিকে যেনার মিথ্যা অপবাদ আরোপের অপরাধে আরো আশিটি বেত্রাঘাত করেন।[1] মুনকারঃ মিশকাত হা/ ৩৫৭৮।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
A man of Bakr ibn Layth came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and made confession four times that he had committed fornication with a woman, so he had a hundred lashes administered to him. The man had not been married. He then asked him to produce proof against the woman, and she said: I swear by Allah, Messenger of Allah, that he has lied. Then he was given the punishment of eighty lashes of falsehood
। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কোনো ব্যক্তি পশুর সঙ্গে সঙ্গম করলে তাকে এবং পশুটিকেও তার সঙ্গে হত্যা করো। তিনি (ইকরিমাহ) বলেন, আমি তাকে (ইবনু আব্বাসকে) বললাম, পশুটির অন্যায় কি? তিনি বলেন, আমার মতে যে পশুর সঙ্গে সঙ্গম করা হয়েছে নিশ্চয়ই তিনি তার গোশত খাওয়া অপছন্দ করেছেন। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, এটি তেমন শক্তিশালী হাদীস নয়।[1] হাসান সহীহ।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone has sexual intercourse with an animal, kill him and kill it along with him. I (Ikrimah) said: I asked him (Ibn Abbas): What offence can be attributed to the animal/ He replied: I think he (the Prophet) disapproved of its flesh being eaten when such a thing had been done to it. Abu Dawud said: This is not a strong tradition
