। আল-বারা‘আ ইবন আযিব (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা আমি আমার একটি হারানো উট খোঁজ করতে বেরিয়েছি, এমন সময় একদল আরোহী অথবা অশ্বারোহী আমার সামনে এসে উপস্থিত হয়। তাদের নিকট একটি পতাকা ছিলো। এই বেদুঈনরা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর প্রিয় পাত্র হিসেবে আমার চারদিকে ঘুরতে থাকে। যখন তারা একটি গম্বুজ সদৃশ স্থাপনার নিকট এসে এর ভিতর থেকে একটি লোককে বের করে হত্যা করে তখন আমি তাদেরকে তার সম্পর্কে বললাম। তারা বললো, লোকটি তার পিতার স্ত্রীকে (সৎ মাকে) সঙ্গম করেছিল।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Al-Bara' ibn Azib:
while I was wandering in search of my camels which had strayed, a caravan or some horsemen carrying a standard came forward. The bedouin began to go round me for my position with the Prophet (ﷺ). They came to a domed structure, took out a man from it, and struck his neck. I asked about him. They told me that he had married his father's wife
حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ، عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَالشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ فَدَعَا بِالشُّهُودِ فَشَهِدُوا .
। ইবরাহীম ও আশ-শা‘বী (রহঃ) থেকে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সূত্রে অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণিত। তবে এতে ‘‘তিনি সাক্ষীদের হাযির করতে বললেন। অতএব তারা এসে সাক্ষী দিলো’’- এ কথাটি উল্লেখ নেই।[1] সহীহ।
