। সিমাক (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি জাবির ইবনু সামুরাহ (রাঃ)-কে উপরোক্ত হাদীস বর্ণনা করতে শুনেছি। তবে পূর্বোক্ত বর্ণনাটি পূর্ণাঙ্গ। তিনি বলেন, সে দু’বার এ কথা বলেছে। সিমাক বলেন, আমি সাঈদ ইবনু জুবাইরের নিকট এ হাদীস বর্ণনা করলে তিনি বলেন, সে বরং চারবার একথা বলেছে।[1] সহীহ।
Simak said:I heard this tradition from Jabir b. Samurah. But the first version is more perfect. This version has: He repeated twice, Simak said: I narrated to Sa’id b. Jubair. He said: He repeated it four times
। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মাঈয ইবনু মালিককে ডেকে বললেনঃ তোমার সম্বন্ধে যে সংবাদ আমার কানে পৌঁছেছে তা কি সত্য? সে বললো, আমার সম্বন্ধে আপনার নিকট কিরূপ সংবাদ পৌঁছেছে? তিনি বললেনঃ তুমি নাকি অমুক গোত্রের জনৈক বাঁদীর সঙ্গে যেনা করেছো? সে বললো, হ্যাঁ। অতঃপর সে চারবার একথার স্বীকারোক্তি করে। সুতরাং তিনি তাকে পাথর নিক্ষেপে হত্যা করার আদেশ দেন। অতঃপর তাকে পাথর মারা হয়।[1] সহীহ।
Ibn ‘Abbas said:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) asked Ma’iz b. Malik : Is what I have heard about you is true? He said: What have you heard about me? He said: I have heard that you have had intercourse with a girl belonging to the family of so and so. He said: Yes. He then testified four times. He (The prophet) then gave order regarding him and he was stoned to death
। জাবির ইবনু সামুরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি মাঈয ইবনু মালিককে দেখেছি, যখন তাকে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট হাযির করা হয়। সে ছিলো বেটে, মাংসল ও বলিষ্ঠ গড়নের লোক, তার দেহে কোনো চাঁদর ছিলো না। সে নিজের বিরুদ্ধে চারবার সাক্ষ্য দিয়ে বলে যে, সে যেনা করেছে। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ সম্ভবত তুমি তাকে চুমু দিয়েছ। সে বললো, না, আল্লাহর কসম! এ দুর্ভাগা নিশ্চয়ই যেনা করেছে। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, অতঃপর তাকে পাথর নিক্ষেপে হত্যা করা হয়। অতঃপর তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) ভাষন দিতে গিয়ে বলেনঃ জেনে রাখো! আমরা যখনই আল্লাহর রাস্তায় জিহাদে যাই, আর এদিকে যদি তাদের কেউ পিছনে গিয়ে পাঠা ছাগলের ন্যায় ভ্যাভ্যা করে এবং কোনো নারীকে যৎকিঞ্চিৎ বীর্য দান করে, জেনে রাখো! আল্লাহ যদি আমাকে তাদের কারো উপর নিয়ন্ত্রণ ক্ষমতা দেন, তবে তাকে দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি দিয়ে নারীদের থেকে প্রতিহত করবো।[1] সহীহ।
Jabir b. Samurah said:I saw Ma’iz b. Malik when he was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ). He was a small and muscular man. He did not wear the loose outer garment. He made confession about him four times that he committed fornication. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Perhaps you kissed her. He said that this most discarded man has committed fornication. He said: So he had him stoned to death and gave an address, saying: Beware, whenever we go out on an expedition in the path of Allah, one of them (I.e. the people) lags behind with a bleating sound like that of a he-goat, and gives modicum of his milk(i.e. sperm) to one of the women. If Allah gives control over any of them, I shall deter him from them (i.e. women) by punishing him severely
