। আ‘মাশ (রহঃ) সূত্রে অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণিত। এতে রয়েছেঃ তিনি বলেন, নাবালেগ যতক্ষণ না বুদ্ধিমান হবে। তিনি বলেনঃ পাগল যতক্ষণ না সুস্থ জ্ঞানসম্পন্ন হবে। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, উমার (রাঃ) ‘আল্লাহু আকবার’ ধ্বনি দিতে থাকেন।[1] সহীহ।

। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা যেনার অপরাধে জনৈকা উম্মাদিনীকে ধরে এনে উমার (রাঃ)-এর নিকট হাযির করা হয়। তিনি এ ব্যাপারে লোকদের সঙ্গে পরামর্শ করে তাকে পাথর মেরে হত্যা করার নির্দেশ দেন। এ সময় আলী (রাঃ) তার পাশ দিয়ে যাচ্ছিলেন। তিনি প্রশ্ন করলেন এর কি হয়েছে? উপস্থিত লোকেরা বললো, সে অমুক গোত্রের উম্মাদিনী (পাগল মহিলা), সে যেনা করেছে। উমার (রাঃ) তাকে পাথর মেরে হত্যা করার আদেশ দিয়েছেন। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, তিনি বললেন, তোমরা তাকে নিয়ে ফিরে যাও। অতঃপর তিনি উমারের নিকট এসে বললে, হে আমীরুল মু‘মিনীন! আপনি কি জানেন না, তিন ধরণের লোকের উপর থেকে কলম উঠিয়ে নেয়া হয়েছেঃ (১) পাগল, যতক্ষণ না সুস্থ হয়, (২) নিদ্রিত ব্যক্তি, যতক্ষণ না জাগ্রত হয় এবং (৩) নাবালেগ শিশু, যতক্ষণ না বালেগ হবে। তিনি বললেন, হ্যাঁ। আলী (রাঃ) বলেন, তাহলে তাকে পাথর মারা হবে কেন? তিনি বলেন, কোনো কারণ নেই। আলী (রাঃ) বলেন, তবে তাকে ছেড়ে দিন। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, তিনি তাকে ছেড়ে দিলেন এবং ‘আল্লাহু আকবার’ ধ্বনি উচ্চারণ করলেন।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib:
Ibn Abbas said: A lunatic woman who had committed adultery was brought to Umar. He consulted the people and ordered that she should be stoned. Ali ibn AbuTalib passed by and said: What is the matter with this (woman)? They said: This is a lunatic woman belonging to a certain family. She has committed adultery. Umar has given orders that she should be stoned. He said: Take her back. He then came to him and said: Commander of the Faithful, do you not know that there are three people whose actions are not recorded: a lunatic till he is restored to reason, a sleeper till he awakes, and a boy till he reaches puberty? He said: Yes. He then asked: Why is it that this woman is being stoned? He said: There is nothing. He then said: Let her go. He (Umar) let her go and began to utter: Allah is most great
। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা আলী ইবনু আবূ তালিব (রাঃ)-এর পাশ দিয়ে যাওয়া ... অতঃপর উসমান ইবনু অবূ শাইরাহ বর্ণিত হাদীসের সমার্থবোধক হাদীস বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আপনার কি মনে নেই, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তিন প্রকার লোকের উপর থেকে কলম তুলে রাখা হয়েছেঃ (১) নির্বোধ পাগল, যতক্ষণ না সুস্থ হয়, (২) নিদ্রিত ব্যক্তি, যতক্ষণ না জাগ্রত হয় এবং (৩) নাবালেগ শিশু, যতক্ষণ না প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক হয়। একথা শুনে উমার (রাঃ) বলেন, আপনি সত্যিই বলেছেন। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, অতঃপর তিনি দন্ডিতাকে ছেড়ে দিলেন।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib:
Ibn Abbas said: A lunatic woman passed by Ali ibn AbuTalib. He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as Uthman mentioned. This version has: Do you not remember that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has said: There are three whose actions are not recorded: a lunatic whose mind is deranged till he is restored to consciousness, a sleeper till he awakes, and a boy till he reaches puberty?
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الْمُبْتَلَى حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَكْبَرَ " .
। আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ তিন ধরণের লোকের উপর থেকে কলম উঠিয়ে নেয়া হয়েছেঃ (১) নিদ্রিত ব্যক্তি, যতক্ষণ না জাগ্রত হয়, (২) অসুস্থ (পাগল) ব্যক্তি, যতক্ষণ না আরোগ্য লাভ করে এবং (৩) অপ্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক বালক, যতক্ষণ না বালেগ হয়।[1] সহীহ।

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: There are three (persons) whose actions are not recorded: a sleeper till he awakes, an idiot till he is restored to reason, and a boy till he reaches puberty
