। আবূ হুমাইয়াহ আশ-শা‘বানী (রহঃ) বলেন, আবূ সা'লাবহকে আমি জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, হে আবূ সা'লাবাহ! আপনি এ আয়াত ‘‘আলাইকুম আনফুসাকুম’’ (৫ঃ ১০৫) সম্পর্কে কি বলেন? তিনি বললেন, আল্লাহর কসম! নিশ্চয়ই আপনি এ ব্যাপারে অবহিত ব্যক্তিকেই প্রশ্ন করেছেন। আমি এ আয়াত সম্পর্কে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে প্রশ্ন করলে তিনি বলেছেনঃ তোমরা বরং পরস্পরকে ভালো কাজের আদেশ দাও এবং অন্যায় থেকে বিরত রাখো। এমন কি যখন দেখবে যে, কৃপণের আনুগত্য করা হচ্ছে, কুপ্রবৃত্তি তাড়িতকে অনুসরণ করা হচ্ছে ও পার্থিব স্বার্থকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হচ্ছে এবং প্রত্যেকে নিজের মতকেই প্রাধান্য দিচ্ছে, তখন তুমি নিজের ব্যাপারে যত্নবান হও এবং জনগণ যা করছে তা ত্যাগ করো। কেননা তোমাদের সামনে এরূপ যুগ আসছে, যখন ধৈর্য ধারণ করা জ্বলন্ত অঙ্গার মুষ্টিবদ্ধ করে রাখার মতো কষ্টকর হবে। এ সময় যথার্থ কাজ সম্পদানকারীকে তার মতই পঞ্চাশজনের সমান পুরস্কার দেয়া হবে। অপর বর্ণনায় রয়েছেঃ তিনি বলেন, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! তাকে কি সেই সময়কাল পঞ্জাশজনের সমান সওয়াব দেয়া হবে? তিনি বললেনঃ তোমাদের মধ্যকার পঞ্চাশজনের সমান সওয়াব দেয়া হবে।[1] দুর্বল, তবে ধৈর্য ধারণের যুগের বাক্যটি প্রমাণিত। ইবনু মাজাহ হা/ ৪০১৫, মিশকাত হা/ ৫১৪৪।
Abu Umayyah ash-Sha'bani said:I asked AbuTha'labah al-Khushani: What is your opinion about the verse "Care for yourselves". He said: I swear by Allah, I asked the one who was well informed about it; I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about it. He said: No, enjoin one another to do what is good and forbid one another to do what is evil. But when you see niggardliness being obeyed, passion being followed, worldly interests being preferred, everyone being charmed with his opinion, then care for yourself, and leave alone what people in general are doing; for ahead of you are days which will require endurance, in which showing endurance will be like grasping live coals. The one who acts rightly during that period will have the reward of fifty men who act as he does. Another version has: He said (The hearers asked:) Messenger of Allah, the reward of fifty of them? He replied: The reward of fifty of you
। আবূ সাঈদ আল-খুদরী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ কেউ কোনো অন্যায় হতে দেখলে সে তা হাতের সাহায্যে দমন করতে সক্ষম হলে তা দ্বারা যেন প্রতিরোধ করে। ‘‘হান্নাদ’’ এ হাদীসের বাকী অংশ উল্লেখ করেনি। তবে ইবনুল আলা তা পূর্ণ করেছেন। তা হলোঃ যদি হাতের দ্বারা প্রতিরোধ করতে সক্ষম না হয়, তবে জিহ্বা দ্বারা আর যদি জিহ্বা দ্বারা প্রতিরোধ করতে সক্ষম না হলে তবে অন্তর দ্বারা, তবে এটা দুর্বল ঈমানের স্তর।[1] সহীহ।
Abu sa’Id al-Khudri said:I head the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: If any one you sees something objectionable, he should change it with his hand if he can change it with his hand. (The narrator Hammad broke the rest of the tradition which was completed by Ibn al-‘Ala’.) But if he cannot (do so), he should do it with his tongue, and if he cannot (do so with) his tongue he should do it in his heart, that being the weakest form of faith
। আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু আমর ইবনুল আস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ এমন এক যুগ সম্পর্কে তোমাদের কি ধারণা? অথবা তিনি বলেনঃ অচিরেই এমন এক যুগ আসবে, যখন মানুষকে চারূনির ন্যায় চালা হবে এবং তাতে নিকৃষ্ট মানুষ অবশিষ্ট থাকবে। তাদের ওয়াদা ও আমানসমূহ বিনষ্ট হয়ে যাবে আর অনৈক্য দেখা দিবে, অতঃপর এরূপ হয়ে যাবে। এ বলে তিনি তাঁর আঙ্গুলসমূহ একটা আরেকটার ভেতরে ঢুকিয়ে দেখালেন। উপস্থিত লোকেরা বললো, আমরা তাহলে কি করবো, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! তিনি বললেনঃ যেগুলো সম্বন্ধে সঠিক জানো তা গ্রহণ করো এবং যেগুলোকে ভুল জানো তা ত্যাগ করো।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: How will you do when that time will come? Or he said: A time will soon come when the people are sifted and only dregs of mankind survive and their covenants and guarantees have been impaired and they have disagreed among themselves and become thus, interwining his fingers. They asked: What do you order us to do, Messenger of Allah? He replied: Accept what you approve, abandon what you disapprove, attend to your own affairs and leave alone the affairs of the generality. Abu dawud said: A similar tradition has been transmitted by 'Abd Allah bin 'Amr from the Prophet (ﷺ) through different chain
। জারীর (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ কোনো ব্যক্তি কোনো জাতির মধ্যে বাস করছে যাদের মাঝে পাপাচার হচ্ছে, তারা এ পাপাচার প্রতিরোধে সক্ষম হওয়া সত্ত্বেও প্রতিরোধ করছে না, তাহলে মৃত্যুর পূর্বেই আল্লাহ তাদের চরম শাস্তি দিবেন[1] হাসান।
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If any man is among a people in whose midst he does acts of disobedience, and, though they are able to make him change (his acts), they do not change, Allah will smite them with punishment before they die
