حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَعْنَاهُ قَالَ وَكَانَ نَافِعٌ رُبَّمَا قَالَ " فَقَدْ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ " . وَرُبَّمَا لَمْ يَقُلْهُ .
। ইবনু উমার (রাঃ) থেকে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সূত্রে পূর্বোক্ত হাদীসের অর্থানুরূপ বর্ণিত। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, নাফি‘ কখনো অর্থাৎ ‘‘যা আযাদ করলো তা করলোই’’ এরূপ বলেছেন, আবার কখনো তা বলেননি।[1] সহীহ।
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Ibn 'Umar to the same effect through a different chain of narrators. Nafi' sometimes said:He will be emancipated to the extent of the share which he emancipated, and sometimes he did not say these words
। আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ কোনো ব্যক্তি যৌথ মালিকানাভুক্ত কৃতদাসের নিজের অংশ মুক্ত করলে তার সঠিক মূল্য নিরূপণ করতে হবে। অতঃপর সে অন্য শরীকদের অংশও পরিশোধ করবে এবং এর বিনিময়ে গোলামটি আযাদ হবে। অন্যথায় তাকে যতটুকু আযাদ করা হয়েছে সে ততটুকুই আযাদ হবে।[1] সহীহ।
Abd Allah b. 'Umar reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying:If anyone emancipates his share in slave, a fair price for the slave should be fixed, give his partners their shares, and the slave be thus emancipated. Otherwise he is emancipated to the extent of the share which he emancipated
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ فَلاَ أَدْرِي هُوَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَوْ شَىْءٌ قَالَهُ نَافِعٌ وَإِلاَّ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ .
। ইবনু উমার (রাঃ) থেকে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সূত্রে উপরোক্ত হাদীস বর্ণিত। আইয়ূব (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি অবহিত নই, হাদীসের ‘‘যা আযাদ করলো তা করলোই’’ কথাটুকু নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নাকি নাফি‘ (রহঃ)-এর নিজস্ব বক্তব্য।[1] সনদ সহীহ।
The tradition mentioned above has also been narrated by Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet (ﷺ). The narrator Ayyub said:I do not know whether the following words are part of the tradition of the Prophet (ﷺ) or Nafi' told them himself: "Otherwise he will be emancipated to the extent of the first man's share
। সাঈদ (রহঃ) থেকে তার সনদে অনুরূপ অর্থের হাদীস বর্ণিত। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, কোনো বর্ণনায় শব্দটি উল্লেখ আছে এবং কোনো বর্ণনায় নেই।
The tradition mentioned above by Rawh b. 'Ubadah from Sa'id b. Abu 'Arubah. In this version he did not mention the words "the slave should be required to work." If has also been transmitted by Jarir b. Hazim and Musa b. Khalaf from Qatadah through the chain of Yazid b. Zurai' and to the same effect.
