। খালিদ ইবনুর ওয়ালীদ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সঙ্গে খায়বার যুদ্ধে যোগদান করেছি। ইয়াহুদীরা এসে অভিযোগ করলো যে, লোকেরা তাড়াহুড়া করে তাদের বাঁধা পশুগুলো লুণ্ঠন করে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ সাবধান! যে কাফিররা তোমাদের সঙ্গে চুক্তিবদ্ধ হয় ন্যায়সংগত অধিকার ছাড়া তাদের মাল আত্মসাৎ করা বৈধ নয়। তোমাদের প্রতি হারাম করা হয়েছে গৃহপালিত গাধা, ঘোড়া, খচ্চর, প্রত্যেক শিকারী দাঁতযুক্ত হিংস্র জন্তু এবং প্রত্যেক পাঞ্জাধারী শিকারী পাখী।[1] দুর্বল।
Narrated Khalid ibn al-Walid:
I went with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to fight at the battle of Khaybar, and the Jews came and complained that the people had hastened to take their protected property (as a booty), so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The property of those who have been given a mules, every fanged beast of prey, and every bird with a talon are forbidden for you
। আল-মিকদাম ইবনু মা‘দীকারির (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ সাবধান! শিকারী দাঁতযুক্ত হিংস্র জন্তু, গৃহপালিত গাধা এবং চুক্তিবদ্ধ যিম্মীর হারানো মাল খাওয়া হারাম। তবে সে তা পরিত্যাগ করে থাকলে ভিন্ন কথা। কোনো ব্যক্তি কোনো সম্প্রদায়ের নিকট মেহমান হিসেবে উপস্থিত হওয়ার পর তারা তাকে আতিথ্য না করলে সে আতিথ্যের পরিমাণ মাল তাদের কাছ থেকে আদায় করে নিতে পারে।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Al-Miqdam ibn Ma'dikarib:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Beware, the fanged beast of prey is not lawful, nor the domestic asses, nor the find from the property of a man with whom treaty has been concluded, except that he did not need it. If anyone is a guest of people who provide no hospitality for him, he is entitled to take from them the equivalent of the hospitality due to him
