। দায়লাম আল-হিমযারী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে প্রশ্ন করলাম, আমি বললাম, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমরা শীতপ্রধান এলাকায় বসবাস করি। আমাদেরকে সেখানে কঠোর পরিশ্রম করতে হয়। আমরা গম থেকে তৈরী মদ পান করে ক্লান্তি দূর করি ও শীত প্রতিরোধ করি। তিনি প্রশ্ন করলেনঃ তাতে কি নেশার সৃষ্টি হয়? আমি বললাম, হ্যাঁ। তিনি বলেনঃ তবে তা বর্জন করো। আমি বললাম, কিন্তু লোকেরা তা বর্জন করবে না। তিনি বললেনঃ যদি তারা এটা বর্জন না করে তাহলে তোমরা তাদের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করো।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Daylam al-Himyari:
I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah! we live in a cold land in which we do heavy work and we make a liquor from wheat to get strength from if for our work and to stand the cold of our country. He asked: Is it intoxicating? I replied: Yes. He said: You must avoid it. I said: The people will not abandon it. He said: If they do not abandon it, fight with them
। আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে মধুর তৈরী শরবত সম্পর্কে প্রশ্ন করা হলে তিনি বলেনঃ নেশা সৃষ্টিকারী যে কোনো পানীয় হারাম। অপর বর্ণনায় রয়েছেঃ মধুর তৈরী শরবত। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, ইয়ামেনের অধিবাসীরা এই শরবত পান করতো।[1] সহীহ।
’A’ishah said :The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked about bit’. He replied: Every liquor which intoxicates is forbidden. Abu Dawud said: I read out this tradition to Yazid bin 'Abd Rabbihi al-Jurjisi. Muhammad bin Hard told you this tradition from al-Zabidi from al-Zuhri through his chain of narrators. This version added: Bit' is the nabidh from honey, which the people of the Yemen would drink. Abu Dawud said: I heard Ahmad bin Hanbal say: There is no god but Allah. there was none stronger in memory and like al-Jurjisi among the people of Hims
। আবূ মূসা (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে মধুর তৈরী শরবত সম্পর্কে প্রশ্ন করলে তিনি বলেনঃ এটাকে ‘বেত’উ বলা হয়। আমি বার্লি ও এক ধরণর বীজে তৈরী শরবত সম্পর্কে প্রশ্ন করলে তিনি বলেনঃ এটা ‘মিযর।’ অতঃপর তিনি বললেনঃ তোমার গোত্রের লোকদের জানিয়ে দাও, নেশা সৃষ্টিকারী প্রতিটি বস্তুই হারাম।[1] সহীহ।
Abu Musa said :I asked the prophet (ﷺ) about wine made from honey. He said: That is bit. I said: And the one made from barley and millet ? He said :That is mizr. He then said: Tell your people that every intoxicant is prohibited
। জাবির ইবনু আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে জিনিসের অর্ধেক পরিমাণ পান করলে নেশা সৃষ্টি হয় তার সামান্য পরিমাণও হারাম।[1] হাসান সহীহ।
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If a large amount of anything causes intoxication, a small amount of it is prohibited
