حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، بِإِسْنَادِ ابْنِ مِنْهَالٍ مِثْلَهُ قَالَ فِي دَابَّةٍ وَلَيْسَ لَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَأَمَرَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَسْتَهِمَا عَلَى الْيَمِينِ .
। সাঈদ ইবনু আবূ আরূবাহ (রহঃ) থেকে ইবনু মিনহালের সূত্রে অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, বিবাদটি ছিলো একটি পশুকে কেন্দ্র করে। বাদী-বিবাদী উভয়েরই কোন সাক্ষী ছিলো না। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম শপথ কে করবে তা লটারীর মাধ্যমে নির্ধারণের আদেশ দিলেন।[1] সহীহ।
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by sa’id b. ‘Urubah through the chain as narrated by Ibn Minhal. This version has :About an animal and they had no proof. So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered to cast lots about the oath
। ইবনু আব্বাস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এক ব্যক্তিকে শপথ করানোর সময় বললেনঃ সেই আল্লাহর শপথ করো যিনি ছাড়া কোনো ইলাহ নেই, তোমার নিকট বাদীর কোনো পাওনা নেই। তিনি বিবাদীকে এ শপথ করিয়েছিলেন।[1] সনদ দুর্বলঃ মিশকাত (৩৭৭৪)।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said to a man whom he asked to take an oath: Swear by Allah except whom there is no god that you have nothing belonging to him, i.e. the plaintiff
। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ (বাদী-বিবাদী) উভয়েই কসম করা অপছন্দ বা পছন্দ করলে উভয়ের মধ্যে কে কসম করবে তা লটারীর মাধ্যমে নির্ধারণ করবে।[1] সহীহ।
